Ein erfolgreicher Kick-off für ein erfolgreiches Jahr 20184. Forum Behandlungseinheiten
Am 27. und 28. Februar hat das 4. Forum Behandlungseinheiten in Bensheim, Deutschland stattgefunden. Diese zweitägige, interne Veranstaltung mit etwa 100 Vertretern aus Vertrieb und Marketing für Behandlungseinheiten aus der ganzen Welt wurde vom Produktmanagement-Team der SBU Treatment Centers veranstaltet. Auf dem Programm standen jede Menge produktbezogene Schulungsthemen und Präsentationen zu neuen Kampagnen und Marketing-Materialien. Jeder Teilnehmer hatte die Möglichkeit, bewährte Methoden einzubringen, Ideen auszutauschen und voneinander zu lernen. Außerdem war die Veranstaltung eine großartige Gelegenheit, einander besser kennenzulernen und sich zu vernetzen. In diesem Jahr waren Teilnehmer aus Deutschland, Österreich, Frankreich, Italien, Skandinavien, Großbritannien, Spanien, den Niederlanden, Osteuropa, dem Nahen Osten, zahlreichen Ländern in Asien, den USA, aus Kanada und Brasilien vertreten.
Kollegen aus der ganzen Welt
Den Startschuss für die Veranstaltung haben Michael Geil, Vice President Treatment Centers und Susanne Schmidinger, Director Product Management Treatment Centers, mit ihrem strategischen Ausblick für das Jahr 2018 gegeben. Im Anschluss daran übernahm Matt Beadle, ein professioneller Moderator aus Großbritannien, die Veranstaltungsleitung für die nächsten beiden Tage. Mit seiner ganz eigenen Mischung aus Originalität und Humor gelang es ihm, die Motivation der Teilnehmer aufrecht zu erhalten und für ein hohes Maß an Beteiligung zu sorgen, so dass er die gesamte Veranstaltung wirklich bereichern konnte.

Zu den Höhepunkten des Programms gehörten unter anderem ein Interview mit Dominique Legros, Senior Vice President Technology & Equipment Segment, zur Bedeutung der Solutions und wie die Behandlungseinheit in das Gesamtkonzept zur Bereitstellung von Dental Solutionseingebettet ist. Im Rahmen des Forums fand außerdem eine interessante und interaktive Diskussionsrunde zur Zahnarztergonomie mit zwei externen Rednern statt, nämlich mit Thomas Senghaas, einem Hamburger Zahnarzt, und Dr. Peter Fischer, einem spezialisierten Physiotherapeuten aus Tübingen. Die Diskussion wurde von allen Seiten sehr geschätzt.

Spannende Diskussion zur Zahnarzt-Ergonomie mit Dr. Peter Fischer
Darüber hinaus stellte das Global Marketing Team Treatment Centers die neue Kampagne "Quality Beyond Reliability" vor – eine vollständig integrierte 360°-Marketing-Kampagne. Die Kampagne kam sehr gut an und wird in naher Zukunft in den jeweiligen Märkten ausgerollt. Die Kampagne verdeutlicht nicht nur den großen Mehrwert einer Behandlungseinheit, sondern liefert auch Einblicke "hinter die Kulissen" zu Menschen, F&E-Prozessen, Produktion und Qualitätsprüfung, die Teil der Entwicklungsarbeit sind. Außerdem wurde die neu geschaffene Marketing-Organisation vorgestellt, die zukünftig die Kommunikation und die Zusammenarbeit zwischen den verschiedenen Marketing-Vertretern unterstützt.
Im Rahmen von zwei Gruppenarbeiten wurde tiefgreifenderes Wissen zum Produkt und zur Anwendung im Bereich Integrierte Endodontie und zu digital vernetzte Behandlungseinheiten vermittelt. Außerdem haben die Teilnehmer sich über Einblicke, Erfahrungen und Herausforderungen aus ihren Märkten in einer Sitzung zu Best Practices ausgetauscht.
Während der beiden Tage, in den Pausen und auch in den Gruppenübungen war das Forum außerdem eine großartige Gelegenheit, Verbindungen zu vielen internationalen Gästen aufzubauen. Bei der Abendveranstaltung am Dienstagabend im Automuseum Ladenburg hatten alle Teilnehmer die Möglichkeit, sich in einer entspannten und zwanglosen Umgebung besser kennenzulernen. Neben dem schmackhaften Menü gehörten die XXL-Karrera Bahn und das Original-Modell eines der ersten Automobile aller Zeiten, mit dem sogar Probefahrten gemacht werden konnten, für viele Teilnehmer zu den Highlights des Abends.
Insgesamt hat das Forum einen wichtigen Grundstein für ein erfolgreiches Jahr 2018 gesetzt und alle Teilnehmer inspiriert, zu einem globalen Team für den Bereich Treatment Centers zusammenzuwachsen.
