Umzug, Einzug, NeubezugSo nimmt der Standortausbau Gestalt an
Der Standort Bensheim hat sich in den vergangenen Monaten unübersehbar weiterentwickelt. Dahinter steht vor allem viel Einsatz von allen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern.
Ein Rundgang am Standort zeigt es schon heute: Hier tut sich einiges. Das ehemalige Tonbeller Gebäude ist seit Anfang des Jahres nach einer intensiven Umbau- und Renovierungsphase mit Leben gefüllt. Im Januar zogen die ersten Kolleginnen und Kollegen der neuen Vertriebsgesellschaft Dentsply Sirona Deutschland GmbH ein, Anfang April konnte schließlich auch die große Mehrheit der rund 150 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter ihren Arbeitsplatz in Gebäude 01 beziehen.
Gebäude 41: Erstbezug durch CAD/CAM und Treatment Centers
Weitere Bürokapazitäten schafft der Umbau des ehemaligen Verwaltungsgebäudes der Sparkasse Bensheim. 300 Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter finden künftig in Gebäude 41 Platz. Die ersten Etappen der Renovierung sind geschafft. Den Erstbezug übernahmen die Bereiche CAD/CAM und bis zur Fertigstellung von Gebäude 12 auch Treatment Centers. Im Februar zogen die ersten 87 Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus diesen Geschäftsbereichen aus dem Verwaltungsgebäude an ihren neuen Arbeitsplatz um. Denn auch in Gebäude 04 direkt neben der Dental Akademie kommt Bewegung: In die ehemaligen GEM- und GEC-Büros ziehen nach und nach die RCO- Kollegen der Bereiche Finance, Marketing und später HR ein. Offiziell Teil der „Standort-Familie“ wird das ehemalige Sparkassen- Gebäude zum 1. Juli, dann gehen die eigentlichen Umbauarbeiten los. Der Abschluss der Arbeiten ist bis zum Ende des Jahres geplant. Dann sollen auch die derzeit noch in Gebäude 12 verbliebenen Mitar-beiterinnen und Mitarbeiter aus dem Bereich CAD/CAM sowie die Kolle-ginnen und Kollegen des Bereichs Implants aus Mannheim einziehen.
Dental Akademie: Erste Umbauphase kurz vor Abschluss
Sobald in Gebäude 12 die Büros leer stehen, beginnt auch auf diesen Flächen der Umbau: Hier sollen der technische Kundendienst des Customer Support Centers um Dieter Schäuffele (Director Customer Support Center) sowie Kolleginnen und Kollegen von Treatment Centers (GEM) einziehen. Mit dem Einzug des technischen Kundendienstes in Gebäude 12 werden wiederum Flächen für die Dental Akademie frei. In dieser konnte die erste Umbauphase bereits mit dem Umzug des Customer Service Teams um Christian Filipcic in Gebäude 01 beginnen: Voraussichtlich ab Ende April wird dort der neue Showroom und der neu gestaltete klinische Trainingsbereich genutzt werden können. Die zweite Erweiterungsphase beginnt, sobald der technische Kundendienst umgezogen ist.
„Toller Einsatz aller Kollegen“
Anfang April zieht der Bereich „Rückwaren“ aus Mannheim in Gebäude 28. Dafür zog das rund 30-köpfige GEI-Team um Heino Thiele in Gebäude 14, so dass die nötigen Kapazitäten frei wurden.
Die Umzugslogistik ist schon eine Herausforderung. Den Umzug so zu gestalten, dass der Betriebsalltag möglichst reibungslos weitergehen kann, ist nur durch den wirklich tollen Einsatz des gesamten Teams möglich. Vor allem aber auch durch die Bereitschaft der Kolleginnen und Kollegen, einen Umzug mit all der damit verbundenen Mehrbelastung in Kauf zu nehmen.
