Immer wieder dienstags: Fitnesspause für den Rücken
Für zehn Minuten verwandelt sich der Ersatzteilbereich in der Bensheimer Logistik jeden Dienstag in einen Bewegungsparcours. Ob Gymnastikübungen wie zum Beispiel Kniebeugen oder Dehnen mit dem Theraband – die gezielten Übungen stärken den Rücken, lockern die Muskeln und machen nicht zuletzt einfach Spaß. Die „Fitnesspause“ gehört zu den neuen Ideen des gesamten Logistikteams für einen gesunden Arbeitsplatz.
Die Aktion zum Thema „Gesund & Fit @ BM“ organisierte Janik Oestreich, der das Konzept KVP (kontinuierlicher Verbesserungsprozess) im Betrieb umsetzt, zusammen mit Kerstin Buchner aus dem Bereich Betriebliches Ideenmanagement. Mehr als 80 Ideen wurden eingereicht.
Kleine Übungen für den Alltag
„Alle eingereichten Vorschläge haben wir gemeinsam mit unserer Betriebsärztin, einer Sicherheitsfachkraft und einem Vertreter aus dem Betriebsrat in zwölf Themenbereiche aufgegliedert und in kurzfristige, mittelfristige und langfristige Maßnahmen eingeteilt“, erläutert Logistikleiter Norbert Göller. Vieles wurde bereits umgesetzt. So trifft sich das Ersatzteilteam bereits seit Mai dieses Jahres zur wöchentlichen Fitnesspause. Im Vorfeld gab eine professionelle Übungsleiterin jedem Mitarbeiter hilfreiche Tipps für kleine Übungen, die sich je nach Arbeitsumfeld gut in den Arbeitsalltag integrieren lassen.
Uns war wichtig, alle Mitarbeiter an Bord zu holen, um das Arbeitsumfeld nachhaltig zu verbessern. Die Idee hinter dem Konzept des kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozesses ist es ja, sämtliche
Bereiche einzubeziehen. Und eben auch daran zu denken, dass die Gesundheit der Mitarbeiter dabei das Wichtigste ist.
