Vertriebsmitarbeiter aus aller Welt zu Gast in Bensheim
Bei der Imaging Summer School standen neue Produkte sowie der Erfahrungsaustausch mit Länderspezialisten, Produktmanagement und Kunden im Mittelpunkt.
Anfang Juli fand in diesem Jahr die Imaging Summer School am Standort Bensheim statt. Insgesamt nahmen 45 Imaging Sales Specialists aus aller Welt an den Workshops teil. Fünf Tage lang hatten die Vertriebsmitarbeiter Gelegenheit, sich im Rahmen von Vorträgen und Workshops über den neuesten Stand der Produkte zu informieren und ihre Produktkenntnisse aufzufrischen. Erstmals gab es in diesem Jahr Vorträge aus den Bereichen CAD/CAM und Endodontie, zudem lag der Fokus auf der integrierten Implantologie.
Die Imaging Summer School hat sich für den Bereich Imaging als fester Termin im Kalender etabliert. Was die Veranstaltung so besonders macht, ist ihre große Themenvielfalt. Da in jedem Jahr neue Geschäftsbereiche zu Gast sind, können mit der Bildgebung verwandte Themen angeboten werden, die den Teilnehmern interessante neue Blickwinkel bieten. So konnten wir in diesem Jahr die Themengebiete Endodontie und integrierte Implantologie weiter vertiefen.
Abwechslungsreiche Agenda
Besonders gut kam bei den Teilnehmern auch in diesem Jahr wieder die 2016 eingeführte Möglichkeit an, sich durch die Registrierung über das CVent-Tool vorab eine eigene Wochen-Agenda zusammenstellen. So konnten die Vertriebsmitarbeiter gezielt Workshops und Vorträge aus dem Angebot der Segmente DVT, Endodontie und Implants auswählen und individuell zusammenstellen. Den Auftakt zur Summer School bildete ein gemeinsames Frühstück, bei dem die Teilnehmer Gelegenheit hatten, Feedback zu den Produkten zu geben und sich über ihre Erfahrungen aus dem Markt auszutauschen.
Der Montag und der Freitag der Workshop-Woche waren als RCO-Tage konzipiert, an denen die Teilnehmer in Einzelgruppen verschiedene Sales-Themen bearbeiteten. Am Dienstag, Mittwoch und Donnerstag standen mehr als 70 Vorträge von Produktmanagern, Produktspezialisten und Zahnärzten sowie Kollegen aus dem Bereich R&D auf dem Programm. Über die gesamte Woche hinweg bestand die Möglichkeit, die neusten Produkte von Dentsply Sirona einem Praxistest zu unterziehen.
Der Austausch zwischen Länderspezialisten, Vertrieb und Produktmanagement sowie den Kunden trägt zu einem noch besseren Wissen über die Produkte und deren Vorteile bei – und somit auch zur Kundenbindung.
Praxisnahe Schulung
An der Imaging Summer School nahmen auch in diesem Jahr wieder Zahnärzte als Referenten teil. Für die Vertriebsmitarbeiter bestand in den Workshops die Gelegenheit, auch die klinische Perspektive zu den Anforderungen an Dentalprodukte kennenzulernen. Die Teilnehmer erfuhren Wissenswertes und mögliche Herausforderungen bei Installation, Gebrauch und Instandhaltung einzelner Produkte. Die Mediziner wiederum hatten die Möglichkeit, fachliches Feedback aus der Praxis weiterzugeben.
