Henning Mueller, Group Vice President of the APAC RCO

Henning joined Dentsply Sirona in 2008 as General Manager China and has lived and worked in this region for many years bringing a wealth of local knowledge to his current role. He was Vice President of Sales for Dentsply Sirona Implants, being responsible for key southern European markets as well as for Japan, Australia/New Zealand and India. In this role Henning has grown Implants in the respective countries. Henning brings comprehensive Implants experience to the new role to build and drive local synergies between Implants and other SBUs.

Australia/New Zealand - Mike Stone

Mike successfully leads Dentsply Sirona Australia and New Zealand since May 2012, consistently growing revenue double digits with strong bottom line leverage. Prior to this role, Mike was President of Schick Technologies Inc. since 2006, and also Executive Vice President of Schick Technologies Inc., running sales and marketing after joining the company in January 2000. Before joining Dentsply Sirona, Mike held various senior management roles at Welch Allyn Dental Systems and Olympus Endoscope Company. As Managing Director for Dentsply Sirona Australia and New Zealand Mike is responsible for the combined Dentsply Sirona portfolio.

Japan - Yuko Kitamoto

Yuko joined Dentsply Sirona in July 2009 as Chief Operating Officer of Dentsply Sirona Japan, implementing effective sales and service operations. Since June 2013 Yuko is President of Dentsply Sirona Japan, successfully growing revenues and expanding Dentsply Sirona's footprint in Japan. As President Dentsply Sirona Japan Yuko has direct commercial responsibility for CAD/CAM, Imaging, Treatment Centers, Instruments, Preventive, Restorative, Endodontics and Lab business. Before joining Dentsply Sirona Japan, Yuko held various senior management roles with BP in England and Japan and with K.K. Raychem in Japan.

Thailand & South East Asia - Julien Didron

Julien is General Manager for South East Asia, which includes Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines. Julien has strong experience both in Thailand and in the dental industry. He joined Dentsply Sirona in January 2013 as the Country Manager for Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar and Vietnam for the equipment business. Julien quickly recognized the potential market in Thailand and established an entity located in Bangkok to promote the equipment business. He was able to double the historical revenue in the first year, and expanded the team from 4 to 22 associates during that time. Before joining Dentsply Sirona, Julien was a Product Manager and Specialist at Acteon, a dental company specializing in ultrasonic and imaging equipment as well as consumables for over seven years in France, Thailand and Australia.

South Korea - Kiyub Kim (Kenny)

Kenny joined Dentsply Sirona in 2010 as the National Sales Director and very quickly built an impressive knowledge of the business, the market and the customer base. Kenny took on the additional responsibility of the marketing function in 2011. In 2012, Kenny was promoted to the role of General Manager Korea for the consumables business. Kenny’s strong leadership is instrumental in leading the business through significant business challenges which culminated to Korea receiving the Asia Summit Award (Best Sales and IFO) for the 2015 performance. Kenny is also a trained Professional Selling Skills (PSS) facilitator and has driven the implementation of this program across both the sales and marketing functions. Prior to joining Dentsply Sirona, Kenny holds 17+ years experience in sales and marketing in multi-national companies including Bausch & Lomb, Johnson & Johnson and Danone.

China - Niels Plate

Niels has strong experience in China and Asia. He has been in China for ten years, based in Guangzhou and Shanghai. Niels joined Dentsply Sirona in 2014 in Shanghai as the General Manager for China. Since then he grows the organization above market and builds a very engaged local management team which helps to push sales significantly. Before joining Dentsply Sirona, Niels was with C. Illies & Co. as Managing Director China with previous postings in Germany, Japan and Korea. As General Manager China Niels has direct responsibility for our CAD/CAM, Endodontic, Imaging, Instruments, Lab, Preventive, Restorative and Treatment Center businesses. The Implants and HealthCare commercial leads will continue to have a straight-line reporting into their respective SBUs, in addition to a dotted line reporting into Niels.

Singapore – Kylie Ho

Kylie Ho, Country Manager Singapore, is leading the Singapore sales, marketing, after sales service and supply chain teams. Kylie directly reports to Julien Didron, General Manager, South East Asia. Kylie has 17 years of extensive sales experience in the Hospitality, Pharmaceutical and Medical Device industry. She has covered markets like Singapore & ASEAN. Prior to her role Kylie was working in Medtronic International, Aortic & Peripheral Vascular division as Sales Manager in Singapore.

Taiwan - Chris Yip

Chris began his career with Dentsply Sirona in January 2010 as the Regional Business Development Manager and became the Marketing Director for Asia in 2014. In addition to his Marketing role, Chris also took over the Hong Kong sales and marketing operations of Preventive, Restorative, Endodontics and Lab businesses in 2015. During his venture in the regional marketing, he set up and oversaw the complete marketing team with product management, professional service, marketing communications, marketing intelligence and technical service team. Chris also successfully drove the product and portfolio strategies, new product launches and market development activities during his appointment that built a solid foundation to support the future business growth. Chris has a bachelor’s degree in Marketing and earned his master’s degree in Quantitative Analysis for Business.

Vietnam – Phil Banh

Phil Banh Duc Phuong, Country Manager Vietnam, is leading Dentsply Sirona business expansion and growth in Vietnam. He is responsible for the Preventive, Restorative, Endodontics and Lab business and Equipment business. Phil directly reports to Julien Didron, General Manager, South East Asia. Phil has been working in medical device industry for over 13 years. He started his career in Abbott Laboratories as Account Manager. Afterwards, he joined Roche Diagnostics as Business Area Manager to build up a new team and successfully grew the business and market share. Lately, he was working in Thermo Fisher Scientific as Country Commercial Manager and responsible for Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos and Cambodia.

Philippines – Victorino Mallillin

Victorino (Victor) Mallillin, Country Manager Philippines, has the responsibility for CAD/CAM, Imaging, Treatment Center, Instruments, Preventive, Restorative, Endodontics and Lab businesses. Victor directly reports to Julien Didron, General Manager, South East Asia. Victor has 21 years of extensive sales experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. He served as National Sales Director for Takeda Pharmaceuticals Philippines and UCB-Philippines. He has also spent more than ten years with Bristol-Myers Squibb Philippines/Mead Johnson where he served in various roles, such as Business Unit Manager for Oncology and Trade Sales Management, Distributor Management and Sales Training.

Hong Kong - Boris Ip

Boris joined Dentsply Sirona in Feb 2016 as Senior Sales Manager in Hong Kong for Equipment. He has strong customer orientation and also creates positive company culture. Boris graduated from Simon Fraser University, Canada in 2001 and has rich sales and management experience in Hong Kong and other Asia countries. Previously Boris has been working with Draeger and leading the safety business first in HK, and in Beijing China.
