Mit einer stimmungsvollen House-Warming-Party haben die Dentsply Sirona Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter ihre neuen Räumlichkeiten im ehemaligen Tonbeller Gebäude gemeinsam mit ihren Paten eingeweiht.
Willkommen im Gebäude 01: Mit einem Tag der offenen Tür und einer feierlichen Abendveranstaltung wurde am 26. Januar 2018 die Einweihung des Gebäudes begangen. Rund 200 neue Kollegen sowie Paten feierten gemeinsam. Der Tag stand dabei ganz im Zeichen des Kennenlernens und des Zusammenwachsens – getragen von der Willkommenskultur von Dentsply Sirona.
Nach einigen Monaten intensiver und grundlegender Umbau- und Modernisierungsarbeiten waren die Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter eingeladen, die neuen Arbeitsplätze im ehemaligen Tonbeller Gebäude erstmals gründlich in Augenschein zu nehmen. Am Standort Bensheim bündelt Dentsply Sirona in Zukunft die Aktivitäten der Bereiche Kundenservice und Vertrieb für Deutschland und Österreich. Bereits im Januar wurden die ersten Kolleginnen und Kollegen aus den Standorten Konstanz, Hanau und Mannheim begrüßt, die in der neuen Struktur ihren Arbeitsplatz künftig in Bensheim haben. Anfang April wurde das Gebäude 01 vollständig bezogen.
Offene, moderne Atmosphäre
Für das Zusammenwachsen des Unternehmens Dentsply Sirona stellt die Einweihung des Gebäudes 01 einen wichtigen Meilenstein dar. Wir werden diesen Weg gemeinsam mit allen Beschäftigten fortsetzen.
Auf drei Stockwerken bietet der Gebäudekomplex mehr als 150 Mitarbeitern eine moderne und freundliche Arbeitsumgebung. Zahlreiche Kollegen waren zur House-Warming-Party extra aus Konstanz, Mannheim und Hanau angereist und hatten so Gelegenheit, den Standort und die Region besser kennenzulernen. Und der erste Eindruck war sehr positiv: Insbesondere die Gestaltung und Aufteilung der Büros mit durchdachten Elementen wie Akustik-Panels und Alkoven kamen bei den künftigen Büronutzern sehr gut an. Diese sorgen für eine offene Arbeitsatmosphäre mit individuellen Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Zur Rückengesundheit und für mehr Bewegung am Arbeitsplatz tragen höhenverstellbare Schreibtische bei. Im Pausenraum konnten die Gäste dann auch den vielleicht schönsten Ausblick genießen – auf das Betriebsgelände vor der malerischen Kulisse der Bergstraße.
Infoangebot für „Neu-Bensheimer“
In einer Fotobooth konnten die Gäste ein Erinnerungsfoto schießen lassen – ausgerüstet mit Bauhelm, Warnweste und Handwerker-Ausstattung. Eine gut besuchte Anlaufstelle für (künftige) Neu-Bensheimer war auch der Info-Stand der Stadt Bensheim, wo Vertreter der Stadt Fragen zu Kindergärten, Schulen, Sportvereinen oder Wohnangeboten beantworteten. Das Immobilienangebot in der Region stellte die Sparkasse Bensheim an einem weiteren Stand vor, über das breite Sportangebot informierten die Betriebssportgruppen. Bei der anschließenden Abendveranstaltung bot sich in entspannter Atmosphäre und bei Köstlichkeiten vom Flying Buffet reichlich Gelegenheit, sich zu den ersten Eindrücken auszutauschen und auch mit neuen Kolleginnen und Kollegen ins Gespräch zu kommen. Die Auszubildenden Ricardo Matos Martins und Akifcan Dündar unterstützten das Organisationsteam unter anderem bei der Ausgabe der Namensschilder – so blieben neue Gesichter gleich mit Namen im Gedächtnis. Für Spannung und glückliche Gewinner sorgte eine Verlosung, Rick Coleman am E-Piano rundete den Abend musikalisch ab.
Bensheims Oberbürgermeister Rolf Richter würdigte in seinem Grußwort die Rolle von Dentsply Sirona als größter Arbeitgeber der Region. Die Weiterentwicklung des Standorts, so Rolf Richter, fördere auch die Strahlkraft der Region.
