„Ein globales Team“ – besiegelt mit vielen Unterschriften
Alle Mitarbeiter weltweit konzentrieren sich auf die Top-5-Prioritäten – und die Zusammenarbeit zahlt sich bereits aus. Um diese Erfolge zu feiern und den globalen Teamgeist zu stärken, erhielten Standorte rund um die Welt Banner mit der Aufschrift „Ein globales Team“ in elf Sprachen. Mit ihrer Unterschrift bekräftigten die Mitarbeiter, ein Teil der Dentsply Sirona Familie zu sein.
In Italien setzen Mitarbeiter ihre Unterschrift auf das Banner.
Dentsply Sirona ist mit Standorten rund um die Welt vertreten. Umso wichtiger ist es, dass alle 16.000 Mitarbeiter an einem Strang ziehen und so ihre Talente und Fähigkeiten bestmöglich einbringen. Daher gehört das Ziel, ein globales Team zu werden, zu den Top-5-Prioritäten von Dentsply Sirona. Dazu gibt es viele Initiativen – wie beispielsweise Events an verschiedensten Standorten, an denen Mitarbeiter zusammenkommen und gemeinsam ein Banner unterzeichnen.

Weitere tolle Beispiele
In Los Angeles war das gesamte Team von Futuredontics beim Event dabei. Die Veranstaltung war gleichzeitig auch der Auftakt für die globale Mitarbeiterbefragung und wurde zusätzlich dafür genutzt, zwei zehn- jährige Mitarbeiterjubiläen und die jüngsten Geschäftserfolge zu feiern.
In Tulsa (Oklahoma, USA) war das gesamte Senior Leadership Team bei der Banner-Unterzeichnung vertreten. Mit einer kleinen Party bei Kaffee und Cookies wurde das Engagement aller gewürdigt. Daraufhin schickten die Kollegen das Banner weiter zum National Sales Meeting nach Dallas. So konnten Außendienst- und Managementmitarbeiter des Tulsa-Teams ebenfalls ihre Namen daraufsetzen. Das Banner ist jetzt prominent im Büro in Tulsa ausgestellt.
Auf einer Tagung im Januar 2018 trafen sich in Rom erstmals die Teams aus Rom und Verona. Alle trugen Dentsply Sirona-Outfits und unterzeichneten das Banner nach dem Workshop, in dem es um die zentralen Werte und die Top-5-Prioritäten ging.
Am 12. Februar trafen sich die Kolleginnen und Kollegen des Büros in Moskau zur Unterschrift. Kirill Levin, General Manager Russland und GUS, eröffnete das Event mit einer kurzen Rede zu den Top-5-Prioritäten.
