Technische Innovationen brauchen interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit. Die Geschäftseinheit GEP macht vor, wie sich auch große Teams gut vernetzen lassen.
Für die die Produktion der Geschäftseinheit Treatment Centers (GEP) fand Anfang 2017 ein Zukunftsworkshop statt. Ziel war es, über einzelne Teams hinaus Einblicke in Projekte und Abläufe anderer Abteilungen zu schaffen – und so die interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit zu fördern.
Die Veranstaltung war für mich sehr interessant und informativ. Man bekam einen tollen Einblick in die anderen Bereiche des Unternehmens. Ich fände es toll, wenn in Zukunft, weiter so gelungene Veranstaltungen stattfinden könnten.
Am ersten Tag erhielten die Mitarbeiter einen Überblick zu Themen wie Arbeitssicherheit, Ideenmanagement, Materialversorgung, effizienter Materialeinsatz, Flussfertigung, Arbeitszeitmodelle sowie Montagetheorie. Am zweiten Tag gab es konkrete Erfahrungsberichte aus den Vertrieben in Deutschland und Europa, einen Marktplatz mit den GE-Abteilungsleitern sowie Fragen & Antworten mit SBU Leiter Michael Geil.
