Welche Kommunikationskanäle nutzen Sie bei Dentsply Sirona?
Dentsply Sirona verfügt über eine Vielzahl an Kanälen für die interne Kommunikation, die auf dem Poster dieser Ausgabe vorgestellt werden. Passend hierzu hat Spotlight Mitarbeiter gebeten, etwas über ihre bevorzugten Kanäle für die Zusammenarbeit zu erzählen: welche sie nutzen, um auf dem neuesten Stand zu bleiben und sich weltweit mit Kollegen auszutauschen.

Anders Tennby, Head of Portfolio Management Office, Mölndal, Schweden
In SharePoint haben wir ein Ideenerfassungs- und Evaluierungstool entwickelt, mit dem alle Mitarbeiter Ideen zu neuen Produkten und Dienstleistungen einbringen können. Wir nennen es „My Idea“. Mit „My Idea“ in Kombination mit Flows und MSTeams werden alle neuen Ideen in einem Team-Channel geteilt, sodass es möglich ist, diese zu kommentieren und weiterzuentwickeln. Ein Ausschuss führt in „My Idea“ eine monatliche Bewertung durch, um das weitere Vorgehen zu den einzelnen Ideen zu entscheiden. In ein paar Monaten haben wir über 60 neue Ideen gesammelt.

Im Allgemeinen bin ich schwer zu überzeugen, wenn es um Kommunikationskanäle geht. Aber zwei davon nutze ich regelmäßig: die Town Hall und Spotlight. Durch die Town Hall erfahre ich mehr über die Aufstellung des Unternehmens in der Finanzwelt, wie sich unser Geschäft entwickelt und welche unternehmensweiten Veränderungen bevorstehen. Don Casey ist ein sehr engagierter Redner und sehr einnehmend. Die Spotlight ist ein großartiges Format, das den Fokus auf die Mitarbeiter legt und dem Unternehmen hilft, „menschlicher“ zu werden. Ich bin auch ein großer Fan der DS Community, da sie mich über organisatorische Veränderungen, neue Teamstrukturen, wichtige Unternehmensprojekte und Ähnliches informiert.

Der Kommunikationskanal, den ich am häufigsten nutze, sind nach wie vor personalisierte E-Mails. Doch mit den heutigen Möglichkeiten werden neue Kanäle wie Microsoft Teams und Yammer immer wichtiger. Ich nehme regelmäßig an den Town Hall Meetings teil. Diese sind für mich super gemacht. Hier in China kommen wir in den Genuss eines separaten APAC-Town-Halls. So können wir unseren Mitarbeitern vermitteln, welche Bedeutung China als Markt für Dentsply Sirona hat. Spotlight haben wir hier ebenfalls in der Landessprache. Ich lese sie gerne, da wir auch Geschichten aus China darin haben. DS Tunes ist auch sehr interessant, da das Format vor allem unsere Führungskräfte einmal aus einem anderen Blickwinkel zeigt, und ich finde es spannend, den Menschen „dahinter“ kennenzulernen.

Da ich täglich mit unserer lokalen DS Community Seite arbeite, ist es ein Muss, auch die globale Seite zu besuchen, um sich über das Geschehen bei Dentsply Sirona weltweit zu informieren. Ich interessiere mich dafür, woran meine Kollegen arbeiten und wie es ihnen geht, und ich finde es sehr interessant und lustig, alle Beiträge auf DS Yammer zu verfolgen und zu lesen. Ich finde es immer wieder schön zu sehen, mit wie viel Begeisterung sich all die engagierten Kollegen weltweit für ihre verschiedenen Projekte einsetzen – und zu sehen, wie viel Herzblut und Stolz auf die eigene Arbeit dahintersteckt.

In meiner Funktion arbeite ich fast ausschließlich von unterwegs. Die internen digitalen Kommunikationswege haben für mich den Nutzen, dass ich mich immer auf dem neuesten Stand fühle, auch wenn ich nicht im Büro bin. Besonders die Live-Schaltungen zum Town Hall Meeting und die Interviews wie DS Talk oder die Get to Know-Serien geben mir einen guten Einblick in die Denkweise unseres Unternehmens. Trotz aller digitalen Unterstützung spielt für mich die persönliche Vernetzung eine große Rolle. Ich merke, wie erfolgreich wir in den vergangenen Monaten zusammengewachsen sind und gemeinsam Dinge bewegen können. Und manchmal hilft dabei trotz aller digitalen Kanäle eine einfache Methode: der Griff zum Telefonhörer.
