Internationale Teamarbeit: Mit Leidenschaft für ein schönes Lächeln
Cercon, Celtra und Celtra Ceram – der Standort Hanau steht für hochwertige Vollkeramik und Dentaltechnik.
Tradition und Innovation sind am Standort Hanau eng verbunden. Rund 300 Beschäftigte arbeiten am Standort Hanau und Rosbach mit dem Fokus Dentallabore. Hochwertige und seit Jahrzehnten bewährte Edelmetalllegierungen und vollkeramische Werkstoffe sowie Geräte für zahntechnische Labore gehören zum Portfolio.
Hinter Namen wie Cercon und Celtra steht ein eingespieltes Team aus Produktionsmitarbeitern und Dentalexperten. Was die Kollegen ganz besonders verbindet, ist die Leidenschaft für Lösungen, die Patienten das Lächeln zurückgeben.
Innovatives Fertigungsverfahren
Cercon ist eines der Aushängeschilder des Standorts. Mit der Einführung des Werkstoffs im Jahr 2001 konnte Zirkonoxid als metallfreie vollkeramische Versorgungsmöglichkeit erstmals wirtschaftlich verarbeitet werden. „Cercon wird in einer Vorstufe seiner Endfestigkeit kreideähnlich gefräst und erst danach mit einem Sinterbrand auf seine endgültige Festigkeit gebracht. Ein Verfahren, das zum weltweiten Standard in der Zirkonoxidverarbeitung wurde. Cercon ist heute in unterschiedlichen Varianten erhältlich – ganz nach ästhetischen Wünschen oder medizinischen Notwendigkeiten“, erläutert Zahntechniker Heiner Hörhold, Anwendungstechniker und seit der ersten Stunde dabei.
Die Vielseitigkeit des Werkstoffs Cercon spiegelt sich auch im Herstellungsprozess wider. Für die neuen Cercon xt Multilayer-Scheiben werden vier Farbverlaufsschichten zu Zirkonoxid-Scheiben verpresst. „Die Anlage ist schon einzigartig“, sagt Dirk Wollenschläger, der die Hightech-Apparatur steuert. „Dentallabore können dank dieser Lösung mit minimalem Aufwand ein Maximum an Ästhetik erzielen.“

Ein eingespieltes Team
Zweites Aushängeschild sind die Werkstoffe Celtra und Celtra Ceram im Bereich der hochfesten Glaskeramiken. „Celtra ist ein zirkonoxidverstärktes Lithium-Silikat, das eine enorm hohe Festigkeit und außergewöhnliche ästhetische Eigenschaften aufweist. Inlays, Veneers, Kronen und sogar kleine Frontzahnbrücken können mit der entsprechenden Celtra-Variante hergestellt werden“, erklärt Bernd Weiß, stellvertretender Teamleiter Celtra Produktion. „Entscheidend ist das gute Zusammenspiel von Produktion, Dentallabor und Zahnarztpraxis, um perfekte Ergebnisse für den Patienten zu erzielen.“ Zu diesem eingespielten Team gehört Fuat Okumus, der in der Produktion als Schmelzer arbeitet. „Die Überwachung der einzelnen Schmelzschritte, vom Pulver bis zum gegossenen Celtra Block, ist besonders wichtig für die Qualität“, so Fuat Okumus.

Kooperation mit Puerto Rico
Am Standort Rosbach im Taunus werden seit über 30 Jahren Verblendkeramiken entwickelt und produziert. Zu den keramischen Innovationen, die in diesem Zeitraum entwickelt wurden, gehören auch die Verblendkeramik für Zirkonoxid und hochfeste Glaskeramiken Celtra Ceram. „Hinter Celtra Ceram steht internationales Teamwork, da die Produktion als Kooperation mit unseren Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Puerto Rico aufgestellt ist“, erläutert Thomas Dötterl, Produktionsmanager Verblend- und Strukturkeramiken.
Zahntechnikern aus Deutschland, die mit dem Dentsply Sirona Lab Team zusammenarbeiten, merkt man die Begeisterung für die hochwertigen vollkeramischen Lösungen an. „Mit dem Celtra-System kreieren wir Schönheit und ein Lächeln. Und begeistern Zahnärzte und Patienten“, sagt Mario Pace, Zahntechniker aus Koblenz. Die Geschichten der Expertinnen und Experten aus Deutschland, den USA, Italien, Kroatien, der Türkei, Brasilien, Peru, Kolumbien und Mexiko sind in einer Broschüre für Dentsply Sirona Lab versammelt.
