Mit Fachwissen überzeugen
Regelmäßige Produktschulungen für alle Geschäftsbereiche machen Berater am Standort Marl fit für Kundengespräche.
Wer Kunden mit innovativen Produkten begeistern will, muss genau über die technologischen Feinheiten und Neuerungen Bescheid wissen. Am Standort Marl stehen deshalb dreimal jährlich spezielle Schulungswochen auf dem Programm. Insgesamt werden 24 verschiedene Schulungen in den Bereichen Praxis, Hygiene, Labor und einem allgemeinen Teil angeboten. Brandmanager sowie drei zertifizierte Trainer schulen dabei in regelmäßigen Intervallen die 34 Kundenberaterinnen und -berater. Jeder Berater benötigt zudem ein Medizinprodukteberater-Zertifikat, um Produkte verkaufen zu dürfen.
Berater testen Produkte in der Praxis
Gerade bei Produktneueinführungen – wie aktuell beispielsweise dem Bissregistrat Occlufast+ und Occlufast+Color – bieten die Schulungen einen umfassenden Überblick über Produkteigenschaften und Vorteile. Kerstin Baltz: „So können unsere Berater im Kundengespräch Auskunft zu den Konsistenzen und Abbindezeiten geben. Und damit die Fragen beantworten, die unsere Kunden interessieren.“ Zur Theorie kommt außerdem noch die Praxis hinzu: „Die Teilnehmer haben die Möglichkeit, das Produkt sowie die Mitbewerberprodukte zu testen.“ Wer später noch einmal Inhalte der Schulung nachschlagen möchte, wird in einem internen Verzeichnis schnell fündig.
Künftig soll besonders der Aspekt Vertrieb in den Schulungen ausgebaut werden. Aktuell enthalten die Schulungen bereits einen Vertriebsanteil. Geplant sind ganztägige Vertriebsschulungen, sodass Berater Kunden mit noch mehr Know-how von der Produktvielfalt von Dentsply Sirona überzeugen können.
