Wir haben jetzt Tools, um zu verstehen, was Verhalten und Denkweisen im Unternehmen wirklich beeinflusst. Das inspiriert mich. So können wir festlegen, welche Verhaltensweisen oder Einstellungen wir anpassen sollten, um unsere strategische Ausrichtung auf den Kunden beizubehalten und uns von den Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden inspirieren zu lassen. Ich bin sehr stolz darauf, ein so talentiertes, professionelles Team in Russland und CIS zu haben. Gemeinsam konnten wir bereits großartige Initiativen konzipieren, umsetzen und teilen! In meiner Zeit bei Dentsply Sirona hatte ich die Gelegenheit, mit Kollegen auf der ganzen Welt zusammenzuarbeiten. Die meisten sind seit einem Jahrzehnt oder länger bei DS. Ihre Fähigkeit und ihr Wille, schwierige Entscheidungen zum Wohle des langfristigen Unternehmenserfolges und Wachstums zu treffen, finde ich bemerkenswert.

In meiner täglichen Arbeit erlebe ich mehr und mehr, wie Product Groups bereichsübergreifend zusammenarbeiten. Gerade im Vertrieb ist es zunehmend Routine, die Nachfrage für andere Product Groups zu ermitteln und vernetzt zu denken. Es spielt keine Rolle, ob es sich um ein Produkt wie Primescan, Implantatsysteme, inLab Produkte oder PRE-Produkte (Preventive, Restorative, Endodontics) handelt. Unser „One Customer“- Prinzip wird immer wichtiger.

Ich finde es großartig, dass wir uns die Zeit nehmen, darüber nachzudenken, was wir im gesamten Unternehmen gut machen und was wir besser machen können. Und ich finde es inspirierend, mit welchem Engagement sich alle dafür einsetzen, erfolgreiche und bewährte Prozesse von einem Standort oder einem Team auf andere zu übertragen. Es ist schön zu sehen, welches Engagement und welche Möglichkeiten es gibt, Feedback von Kollegen auf allen Ebenen und an sämtlichen Standorten zu erhalten. Ohne Wachstum und kontinuierliche Entwicklung haben Begriffe wie Verbesserung, Leistung und Erfolg keine Bedeutung.

Ich habe eine Führungsposition im Unternehmen angestrebt, weil ich der Meinung war, dass ich damit etwas bewegen kann. Und ich habe diesen Weg weiterverfolgt, weil ich wusste, dass es tatsächlich so ist. Auch nach 29 Jahren bin ich noch immer voller Inspiration und Elan und glücklich darüber, ein Teil von Dentsply Sirona zu sein. Die im Laufe der letzten Monate eingeleiteten Maßnahmen waren transparent, ehrlich und bewusst auf den Erfolg und die Gesundheit unseres Unternehmens, unserer Mitarbeiter und unserer Kunden ausgerichtet. Diese Maßnahmen haben auch dazu beigetragen, dass alle im Unternehmen ohne Vorbehalte zusammenkommen, um die Erfolge gemeinsam erleben und gleichzeitig an den Herausforderungen wachsen zu können. Als Unternehmen wollen wir in Zukunft erfolgreich sein und dabei alle 15.000 Mitarbeiter und nicht nur eine ausgewählte Gruppe einbinden.
