Organizational Health Workshops unterstützen den Transformationsprozess bei Dentsply Sirona. Verhaltensweisen im Alltag sind dabei der Schlüssel für einen aktiven Kulturwandel.
Wenn es um die gute Aufstellung eines Unternehmens geht, können es viele Einzelheiten sein, die den Erfolg maßgeblich beeinflussen. Organisationsgesundheit bezeichnet die Idee dahinter: Ein erfolgreicher Transformationsprozess gelingt nur dann, wenn ein Unternehmen sich so aufstellt, dass ein ständiger Erneuerungsprozess möglich ist und damit eine Kultur der Verbesserung etabliert wird.
In den Workshops zur Organisationsgesundheit, die bereits an einzelnen Standorten durchgeführt wurden, kommt das Eisbergmodell ins Spiel: So lässt sich veranschaulichen, wie sichtbares Verhalten und zugrunde liegende Einstellungen miteinander zusammenhängen. Denn das, was sich oft unter der Oberfläche verbirgt, kann das beste Schiff sinken lassen. Konkret geht es dabei um – oft unbewusste – Verhaltensweisen, die einen großen Einfluss auf die Firmenkultur und damit auf Produktqualität, Unternehmensbilanz und Kundenzufriedenheit haben können.
Motivation für aktive Mitgestaltung
„In den Workshops wollen wir mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen ins Gespräch kommen“, erklärt Jan Siefert, Vice President Operations Assembly Plants, der Workshops in Bensheim, Konstanz und Hanau für den Bereich Supply Chain durchgeführt hat. „Zentral ist dabei die Frage: Was motiviert mich, aktiv zu werden und Verhaltensweisen mitzugestalten, die uns als Unternehmen für unsere langfristigen Ziele erfolgreich aufstellen? Welche Unterstützung brauche ich dafür durch Vorgesetzte und Kollegen und durch Strukturen oder Prozesse? Welche Fähigkeiten und Gelegenheiten sind dafür eine Voraussetzung?“
Mit dem Projekt Växa hat Dentsply Sirona eine Strategie vorgestellt, die die Organisation effizienter machen und weitere Wachstumspotenziale ausschöpfen soll. Ein Eckpfeiler, um dieses Ziel zu erreichen, ist neben der Organisationsgesundheit auch das Konzept #OwnOurFuture.
Wir wollen Marktgestalter sein, und das heißt vor allem, dass wir Rollen klar verteilen, uns an den Bedürfnissen unserer Kunden orientieren, zentrale Innovationen voranbringen und Prozesse konsequent umsetzen. Das kann aber nur gelingen, wenn wir alle Mitarbeiter an Bord holen. Damit eine Transformation nachhaltig umgesetzt wird, muss ein echter Kulturwandel stattfinden. So bietet der Transformationsprozess auch die Chance, sich mit seiner Kreativität einzubringen und einen nachhaltigen Prozess anzustoßen.
Bereits rund 200 Teilnehmer
An den ersten 15 Workshops haben bereits rund 200 Mitarbeiter teilgenommen. Im nächsten Schritt soll das Modell den Führungskräften an allen Standorten vorgestellt werden. So können Führungskräfte selbst Workshops aufsetzen und ihre Kollegen dazu einladen. Neben den Workshops, die bereits im Bereich Supply Chain stattgefunden haben, sollen weitere Veranstaltungen in den Bereichen Corporate und Product Groups folgen. „Wir haben viele positive Rückmeldungen bekommen von Kolleginnen und Kollegen, die gesagt haben: Ja, das ist ein Thema. Und es ist eine gute Sache, dass wir dieses Thema jetzt mit unseren Teams über die Workshops angehen können“, erklärt Jan Siefert.
