Meine Arbeit in der Kommunikation macht das alles einfacher. Ich folge unseren wichtigsten Kunden in den sozialen Medien und sehe so, was sie interessiert, und like und teile ihre Ideen. Unsere Kunden wissen, was ihre Patienten brauchen. So können sie uns dabei unterstützen, unsere Kommunikation für andere Bestandskunden, für neue Kunden und auch für Patienten effizienter zu gestalten. Die Erstellung relevanter Inhalte für unsere Kunden hilft uns, unsere Lösungen voranzubringen und unsere Markenbekanntheit zu verbessern. Darüber hinaus empfehlen unsere Kunden die Produkte und Dienstleistungen, indem sie darüber sprechen.

Ich denke, die kurze Antwort auf diese Frage ist „Empathie“. Früher oder später muss jeder mindestens einmal im Leben zum Zahnarzt. Ich verstehe die Ängste und Sorgen der Patienten. Auf der anderen Seite kann ich mich in die Situation des Zahnarztes versetzen und den Druck nachempfinden, der während der Behandlungen auf ihm lastet. Die Angst oder Panik des Patienten kann erheblichen Druck auf den Zahnarzt ausüben.
Ich denke, Dentsply Sirona spielt eine entscheidende Rolle, wenn es um die Psyche von Zahnärzten und Patienten geht. Die hohe Qualität unserer Produkte und Dienstleistungen schenkt unseren Kunden Vertrauen und macht Kunden wie auch Patienten das Leben leichter.

Ich persönlich arbeite als Prozessplaner im Bereich Feinstbearbeitung der SBU Instruments. Hier ist eine termingerechte Lieferung montagefertiger Teil- oder Baugruppen in gleichmäßiger Qualität erforderlich. Obwohl ich keinen direkten Kontakt zu unseren Kunden habe, weiß ich, dass meine Arbeit durch die kontinuierliche Überwachung der Qualität, die Auswertung der Daten und die Durchführung von Risikobewertungen letztendlich den Endverbrauchern zugutekommt. Das im Hinterkopf zu behalten, ist motivierend.

In der Regel stehen bei Operations und SCM nicht Kunden und Patienten im Mittelpunkt, sondern interne Faktoren wie Kosten, Mengen, Ausschussraten und OEE. Meiner Meinung nach ist dieser Ansatz kontraproduktiv. Schließlich ist es der Kunde, der tagtäglich entscheidet, welchem Anbieter er sein Vertrauen schenken möchte. Operations und SCM bei VDW haben einen großen Einfluss auf die Wahrnehmung der Kunden, da wir diejenigen sind, die die gewünschten Produkte produzieren und liefern. Ich stelle die Kunden und Patienten an erste Stelle. Ich hänge Bilder praktizierender Zahnärzte und Patienten in unsere SCM-Büros und halte meine Jour Fixe Meetings vor ihnen. Zudem schule ich meine Teams in schlanker Unternehmensführung und habe unsere KPIs auf mehr Kundenorientierung und -zufriedenheit ausgerichtet.

Jeden Morgen lese ich als Erstes die Neuigkeiten aus der Dentalbranche. Ich suche nach interessanten Artikeln für Social Media. Aber vor allem hilft mir das, mich in die Denke eines Zahnarztes zu versetzen und herauszufinden, was interessant und relevant für ihn ist. Ich lese Fallstudien, um zu verstehen, wie Zahnmedizin und Mundpflege das Leben eines Patienten beeinflussen und wie sich ein Zahnarzt einem schwierigen Verfahren annähert. Je mehr ich lese, desto besser verstehe ich, wie wichtig unsere Arbeit für unsere Kunden und die Patienten ist.

Glücklicherweise hält meine Tätigkeit im Marketing mich stets dazu an zu fragen, „Was wollen die Patienten?“ und „Wie können wir Kunden helfen, diesen Bedürfnissen nachzukommen?“ Büroangestellte in Großstädten wie TokIo wünschen sich zum Beispiel nicht nur „Single Visit Dentistry by CEREC“, sondern auch „One day 2-visit treatments“ (Klinikbesuche in Büronähe während der Mittagspause und nach Feierabend). Diese speziellen Anforderungen des japanischen Marktes gilt es zu erfüllen. Meine täglichen Aufgaben führen mir Patienten- und Kundenwünsche vor Augen, und ich gebe mein Bestes, um ihre Erwartungen zu erfüllen.
