Dieser Artikel ist der erste einer Serie mit dem Titel „Spotlight on Product Launches“, die in jeder Ausgabe ein neues Produkt vorstellt. Den Anfang macht Celtra Press, die neue Zirkonoxid-verstärkte Lithiumsilikatkeramik (ZLS) aus der SBU Lab.
Um ihren Kundenstamm und das Geschäft mit Dentallaboren erfolgreich auszubauen, arbeiten Teams aus der ganzen Welt eng zusammen. Zahlreiche Veranstaltungen belegen diesen Teamworkgedanken und festigen die Kooperation mit Händlern, Dentallabors und Meinungsführern. So nahmen im letzten Dezember Zahntechniker aus 15 Laboren an einem „True Opalescence“-Wochenend-Training mit dem Celtra Press System in Dubai und Jordanien teil. In Saudi-Arabien zeigten sich die Teilnehmer bei der Markteinführung von der Farbauswahl und -abstimmung des Materials beeindruckt – insbesondere im Vergleich zum Wettbewerb.
Team-Events in Lateinamerika
Das Celtra Press-Team in Mexiko hat regionale Keramikexperten ausgebildet, die ihre Expertise mit Kollegen in ganz Lateinamerika teilen. Auf dem Expolab-Kongress in Brasilien präsentierte Hans-Jürgen Joit, Zahntechnik-Experte aus Deutschland, Celtra Press zusammen mit dem Dentsply Sirona Team in mehreren Vorträgen und praktischen Trainingseinheiten.
Die Anwender schätzen den Workflow und das Verfahren mit Celtra Press. Die monolithische Technik ist die in Brasilien am häufigsten verwendete. Die Kunden sind glücklich darüber, nun einen schnelleren Weg zum richtigen Farbton finden zu können
Das globale Celtra Ambassador-Team wächst
Celtra-Ambassadors sind Botschafter für Celtra, die die Liebe zum Beruf des Zahntechnikers und die Begeisterung das eigene Know-how an Kollegen in aller Welt weiterzugeben, fördern. So wird dieses Wissen in einer Vielzahl von praktischen Train-the-Trainer Workshops an ebenso inspirierte Zahntechniker und Trainer weitergegeben. Die Celtra-Botschafter unterstützen mit ihren professionellen Trainings die regionalen Teams.
Mit Mario Pace, Ümit Pak und Kim Lucka (alle Deutschland) sind nun drei außergewöhnliche Zahntechniker und Keramiker Teil der Celtra-Ambassadors geworden. Mit praktischen Kursen, Fachartikeln oder der Mitwirkung in anderen Foren sind sie eine Verstärkung und Bereicherung in enger und partnerschaftlicher Zusammenarbeit mit den Dentsply Sirona-Teams.

Unterwegs mit dem Celtra Press-Truck
Der Celtra Press-Truck ist eine neue, innovative und mobile Demonstrations- und Trainingseinheit. Der Truck, der sowohl als „Klassenzimmer“ für Schulungen als auch als Ausstellungsraum für Produkte fungiert, tourte bereits durch 20 Städte in Österreich und Deutschland. Hunderte Zahntechniker besuchten den Truck, und fast alle bestellten ein eigenes Test-Kit von Celtra Press. Zahlreiche Praxis-Kurse unterstützten die Kunden anschließend dabei, das neue Material optimal einzusetzen.

Es ist nicht ganz unproblematisch, komplexe Mikrostrukturen auf eine einfache Art und Weise darzustellen, die natürliche Opaleszenz zu visualisieren und das Gefühl zu vermitteln, wie schnell und einfach das Polieren funktioniert. Auf der IDS in Köln bot sich den Besuchern am Stand von Dentsply Sirona deshalb die Möglichkeit, den Umgang mit dem Material selbst auszuprobieren – vom Sandstrahlen bis hin zum Polieren.

Celtranation – ein digitaler Treffpunkt
Parallel zur Celtra Press-Einführung wurde von Hans-Jügen-Voit, Zahntechnik-Experte aus Deutschland, eine Facebook-Gruppe ins Leben gerufen mit dem Namen Celtranation. Inzwischen sind über 2.000 Celtra-Nutzer aus der ganzen Welt miteinander vernetzt. Die internationale Gruppe nutzt die Plattform, um über Produkte zu diskutieren und Erfahrungen auszutauschen. So hat zum Beispiel Kim Lucka aus Deutschland ein Foto gepostet, das sie beim Empfang ihres ersten Celtra Kits zeigt. Sie schreibt dazu: „Celtra Press – gerade in mein Labor geliefert. Ich bin gespannt und freue mich, damit zu arbeiten.“
Celtra Press hat hinsichtlich Ästhetik und Handhabung durch den Zahntechniker neue Maßstäbe für hochfeste Glaskeramiken gesetzt. Die Vertriebsteams arbeiten weiter daran, davon zu profitieren, indem sie sich intensiv mit Anwendern, Key Opinion Leader und Händlern austauschen.
