Perfekte Teamleistung als geheime Zutat
Beim Mitarbeiter-Kochkurs im Bensheimer Betriebsrestaurant haben drei Teams ihre kulinarischen Fähigkeiten unter Beweis gestellt.
Teamwork zwischen Töpfen, Pfannen und Schneidebrett. 15 Mitarbeiter des CS Export haben im Rahmen eines Kochkurses im Bensheimer Betriebsrestaurant gemeinsam ein Drei-Gänge-Menü gezaubert: Ricotta-Parmesan-Gnocchi mit Orangenöl, Rinderfilet auf getrüffeltem Kartoffelpüree und lauwarmer Schokoladenkuchen mit Tonkabohnensahne – damit aus leckeren Zutaten ein rundum gelungenes Menü wird, muss in der Küche jeder Handgriff sitzen. Jeweils ein fünfköpfiges Team war für einen der drei Gänge zuständig, drei Köche des Betriebsrestaurants standen den Kochteams anleitend zur Seite. Die Teams setzten sich aus Mitarbeitern zusammen, die im Januar das Tonbeller Gebäude bezogen haben und denen, die dabei geholfen haben, wie Frank Keck von der IT. Die Teamaufstellung bestimmte der Zufall. Anschließend ging es ans Werk, und dabei wurde schnell deutlich, dass jede Aufgabe unterschiedliche Spezialisten braucht – egal, ob es sich um die perfekt gewürzte Sauce, das auf den Punkt gebratene Fleisch oder die harmonisch abgestimmte Dessert-Komposition handelt. Denn nicht nur in der Küche gilt: Um als Team zusammenzuwachsen, muss auch die eine oder andere Herausforderung gemeinsam gemeistert werden. Das Ergebnis ließen sich die Teilnehmer anschließend an einer stilvoll gedeckten Tafel schmecken. Zum Abschluss erhielten alle Teilnehmer des Kurses die Rezepte des Drei-Gänge-Menüs, außerdem durften sie ihre Schürzen behalten.
