Wissenstransfer, fachlicher Austausch, Produktpräsentationen – in Bensheim sind regelmäßig Anwender, Partner und Kollegen aus der Dentsply Sirona Welt zu Gast. Die Veranstaltungen am Standort sind ein wesentliches Element des Selbstverständnisses als „The Dental Solutions Company“. Ein kurzer Rückblick auf große Veranstaltungen in den vergangenen Monaten.

Innovativen Workflow kennengelernt
Den innovativen CEREC Zirconia Workflow lernten 150 CEREC-Trainer und CEREC-Zahnärzte aus aller Welt in einem dreitägigen Workshop im März kennen. Durch das Programm führte Mike DiTolla, Director of Clinical Affairs and Dentsply Sirona World, im eigens geschaffenen CEREC Zirconia Training Center im Herzen der Fertigung mit 25 komplett eingerichteten Stationen. CEREC Zirconia ermöglicht es, Vollkronen und Brücken aus dem bei Zahnärzten aufgrund seiner hohen Biegebruchfestigkeit und Biokompatibilität beliebten Werkstoff in einer Sitzung herzustellen.
Treatment Centers
Mit den Anwendern im Dialog
„Zuhören“ war die Devise für die SBU Treatment Centers beim ersten weltweiten „Key User Summit“. 33 Zahnärzte aus 18 Ländern trafen sich in Bensheim zu einem Programm, bei dem Erfahrungsaustausch und Weiterbildung im Mittelpunkt standen. Ein Schwerpunkt war das Arbeiten in - aus ergonomischer Sicht - optimalen Behandlungspositionen. Die Teilnehmer konnten die Unterschiede und ergonomischen Vorteile aller Behandlungseinheiten der neuen Generation Teneo, Sinius und Intego im Vergleich erleben. Integration und digitaler Workflow, Infektionskontrolle sowie ein interessanter Vortrag zum Thema Kommunikation mit Kollegen und Patienten rundeten das Programm ab.

„Train The Trainer” Lateinamerika
Im Rahmen des Qualifikationsprogramms „Train The Trainer“ waren im Juni 40 Zahnärzte und Zahntechniker aus elf lateinamerikanischen Ländern in Bensheim zu Gast. In einer Reihe von Seminaren und Schulungen konnten sie von erfahrenen Kollegen lernen und ihre Kenntnisse weiter vertiefen. Im pädagogischen Teil der Veranstaltung erhielten die Teilnehmer einen Überblick über das Trainingskonzept der International Society for Computerized Dentistry (ISCD). Als nun zertifizierte Dentsply Sirona Trainer werden die Zahntechniker und Zahnärzte zukünftig in die lokale Trainingsorganisation eingebunden und tragen so zum Voranschreiten der Digitalisierung in der Region bei.
Imaging
Produktvorteile ins Bild gerückt
Im Juli fanden sich 68 internationale Vertriebsmitarbeiter zur Imaging Summer School 2016 in Bensheim ein. Die Veranstaltung bot drei Tage Vorträge und Workshops, die dazu dienten, das breit gefächerte Wissen der Teilnehmer aufzufrischen, sie über den neuesten Stand der Röntgenprodukte zu informieren und eine Plattform für den Austausch über das Produktspektrum zu bieten. An der jährlich stattfindenden Veranstaltung nehmen stets auch Ärzte teil, um den Kollegen die klinische Perspektive aufzuzeigen. Neben dem fachlichen Austausch ging es im Rahmen der Workshops und einer Abendveranstaltung auch um die Stärkung des Teamgeistes.
