Kompakte Erfolgsstory: 5000. CEREC SpeedFire
CAD/CAM fertigt das 5000. Exemplar des innovativen Sinterofens, der für Funktion und Design bereits mehrfach ausgezeichnet wurde.
Das CAD/CAM-Team hatte Mitte August Grund zu feiern: Das 5000. Exemplar des erfolgreichen Sinterofens CEREC SpeedFire wurde in Bensheim fertig gestellt. Der CEREC SpeedFire ist der einzige Dentalofen, der die Prozesse Sintern und Finalisieren vereint. Schon der Marktstart war erfolgreich: Wenige Monate nach Produktionsbeginn im November 2015 lief das 1000. Gerät vom Band.
Minutenschneller Herstellungsprozess
Der CEREC SpeedFire ermöglicht es, in einer einzigen Behandlung in der Zahnarztpraxis eine Vollkontur-Zirkonoxid-Krone zu fertigen, zu glasieren und einzusetzen. Denn das Sintern – also das Erhitzen feinkörniger keramischer oder metallischer Stoffe zur Herstellung von Zahnersatz – dauert bei einer maximalen Aufheizgeschwindigkeit von 300 Grad pro Minute im Allgemeinen nur zehn bis 15 Minuten. Ermöglicht wird dies durch die trockene oder vorgetrocknete Fräsung des vorgesinterten Restaurationswerkstoffs.
Der kompakte, CAD/CAM gesteuerte Sinterofen überzeugt mit intuitiver Bedienung, innovativer Induktionstechnik und einer Super-Speed-Kammer, in der bis zu drei Einzelkronen oder bis zu dreigliedrige Brücken gefertigt werden können. Dank intelligenter Vernetzung sendet die CEREC Software sämtliche Auftragsinformationen an den Ofen.
red dot award und iF Design Award
Design und Funktion des CEREC SpeedFire sind mehrfach preisgekrönt: Der Sinterofen erhielt 2016 einen red dot design award und 2017 einen iF Design Award. Im Rahmen des Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meetings 2017 wurde der CEREC SpeedFire als „Best New Operatory Product“ ausgezeichnet.
