Spezialisten für Praxisentwicklung unterstützen Kunden dabei, Potenziale zu erschließen und Arbeitsabläufe zu optimieren.
Mit den Spezialisten für Praxisentwicklung schafft Dentsply Sirona ab Mai eine zusätzliche Vertriebslinie für den deutschen Markt. Schritt für Schritt soll das Angebot auf diekomplette Vertriebsregion Deutschland und Österreich ausgeweitet werden.
Die Spezialisten für Praxisentwicklung sollen Kunden noch ganzheitlicher und produktübergreifender als bisher beraten. Arjan de Roy, Group Vice President RCO DACH, erklärt: „Die Kolleginnen und Kollegen sind zentrale Ansprechpartner, beraten Kunden individuell und analysieren gemeinsam mit den Kunden versteckte Potenziale der Praxis. Zum Beispiel, wie sich bestimmte Arbeitsabläufe oder Behandlungen durch innovative Lösungen optimieren lassen.
Außerdem stehen die Spezialisten den Kunden bei der Implementierung neuer Prozesse und Strukturen zur Seite. Wünscht sich der Kunde eine präzise Produktpräsentation, wird der Lead an die entsprechenden Produkt-Spezialisten übergeben. Die neue Abteilung ergänzt unsere bestehenden vertrieblichen Strukturen.“

Wer sind die Spezialisten für Praxisentwicklung?
Vier Spezialistinnen für Praxisentwicklung haben die vierwöchige Einarbeitung und Ausbildung im April bereits absolviert. Unter der Leitung von Sebastian Kiehne,
Senior Manager Sales Spezialist für Praxisentwicklung Deutschland und Österreich, nahmen die erfahrenen Außendienst Mitarbeiterinnen Anja Demmeré, Mathany Gunam, Kim Richstein und Stephanie Woitke am 3. Mai in ersten Vertriebsregionen in Deutschland ihre Arbeit auf. Die Grundlage zur Definition der Potenzialkunden ist eine SalesForce- Auswertung. Zunächst wird der Fokus auf Kunden mit bereits hohem Umsatzvolumen hinsichtlich Lösungen und Produkten aus dem Portfolio von Dentsply Sirona gelegt, aber auch auf Kunden mit einem hohen, von uns noch nicht erschlossenen Umsatzpotenzial.
Welche Fähigkeiten bringen die SFP mit?
Die Spezialisten für Praxisentwicklung verstehen die Praxis als Ganzes. Gleichzeitig haben sie alle Produktbereiche von Dentsply Sirona im Blick. Gemeinsam mit den Kunden analysieren die SFP die Praxis, um versteckte Potenziale zu identifizieren und dem Praxisbetreiber dabei zu helfen, bereits existierende klinische Workflows weiter auszubauen. Das Konzept ist auf eine langfristige Zusammenarbeit ausgerichtet, um die Praxis nachhaltig bedarfsgerecht weiterzuentwickeln.
Wie arbeiten die SFP mit den Produkt-Spezialisten zusammen?
Sebastian Kiehne: „Ziel ist es, Synergien innerhalb unserer Strukturen noch verstärkter und gezielter zu nutzen. Die Spezialisten für Praxisentwicklung werden nun auf viele aus ihrer Sicht neue Kunden treffen. Um sich im Vorfeld optimal auf die Erstansprache des Kunden vorzubereiten, werden die Spezialisten für Praxisentwicklung mit den für den Kunden bereits zuständigen Produkt-Spezialisten Rücksprache halten. Im Rahmen eines gemeinsamen Besuchs kann der Produkt-Spezialist so zum wertvollen Türöffner werden. Sobald während der Gespräche mit den Potenzialkunden Bedarfe in Richtung neuer Lösungen und Produkten aufgedeckt werden und die Fachkompetenz des entsprechenden Produkt-Spezialisten benötigt wird oder sich gar ein Verkaufsprozess anbahnt, wird der Lead umgehend an diesen weitergegeben. Somit profitieren alle am Verkaufsprozess Beteiligten.
Wie geht es weiter?
Eine weitere Aufstockung des Teams ist noch für dieses Jahr geplant. Das Konzept soll künftig über den Bereich der Zahnarztpraxen hinaus ausgedehnt werden – zum Beispiel auf Medizinische Versorgungszentren (MVZ) und Dental Service Organizations (DSOs).
