Mission, Vision e Principi Operativi aziendali
Pierluigi Violati, Group Vice President RCO Southern Europe, ha recentemente spiegato il progetto Växa, intrapreso dall’azienda per raggiungere i suoi obiettivi di crescita, migliorare i margini e semplificare l’organizzazione. Tutte le iniziative che contribuiscono a raggiungere questi obiettivi rientrano nella campagna di trasformazione interna nota come #OwnOurFuture.
Per riflettere meglio la nuova direzione presa dalla società è stato deciso di aggiornare Mission, Vision e i Principi Operativi aziendali.
“Obiettivi & Mission e Vision di Dentsply Sirona definiscono infatti chi siamo come azienda, perché facciamo ciò che facciamo e dove vogliamo arrivare, mentre i Principi Operativi delineano il modo in cui lavoriamo” - ha affermato Don Casey, Chief Executive Officer Dentsply Sirona.
- La nostra Mission: “Ogni giorno, aiutiamo i professionisti del settore dentale di tutto il mondo a fornire cure odontoiatriche migliori a milioni di pazienti e farli tornare a sorridere”.
- La nostra Vision: “Fornire soluzioni innovative nel settore dentale per migliorare la salute orale in tutto il mondo”.
- I nostri Principi Operativi: riconosciamo che c’è un solo cliente; ci assumeremo la responsabilità della creazione della domanda per i nostri prodotti; svilupperemo innovazioni significative; saremo leader nella formazione clinica; trarremo vantaggio dalla nostra dimensione globale.
Nell’ambito della semplificazione dell’organizzazione è stata introdotta una nuova struttura basata su quattro pilastri, quali: 1. Dental Product Groups, 2. Regional Commercial Organizations (RCO), 3. Supply Chain e 4. Central Functions.
1. I Dental Product Groups, responsabili dello sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti, sono rappresentati da 4 gruppi: Consumable (Prevenzione, Conservativa, Endodonzia e Laboratorio), Digital (CAD/CAM e Ortodonzia), Equipment & Instruments (Centri di trattamento, Radiologia e Strumenti) e Implants. Wellspect rimane parte del gruppo HealthCare.
2. Le Regional Commercial Organizations (RCO), responsabili della vendita dei nostri prodotti nei mercati locali, sono: DACH Group (Germania, Austria e Svizzera); Northern Group (Regno Unito, Benelux, Polonia, Central Eastern Europe (CEE), Nordics), Eastern Group (Russia, Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS), Medio Oriente e Africa, Turchia, India); Southern Group (Italia, Francia, Spagna e Portogallo); LATAM (Brasile, Messico, Sud America); North America (Stati Uniti, Canada) e APAC (Cina, Giappone, Hong Kong, Sud Korea, Australia, Nuova Zelanda, Taiwan, Sud Est Asiatico).
3. La Supply Chain è responsabile della produzione, della logistica e della distribuzione dei prodotti. Grazie a questo nuovo pillar, l’azienda riuscirà a pianificare in modo più efficiente la domanda globale dei nostri prodotti.
4. Le funzioni centrali della società, come Risorse Umane, Finance, QARA e IT sono state organizzate per supportare in modo ottimale i gruppi di prodotti, le RCO e la Supply Chain ottimizzando i processi interni.
La Società sta utilizzando il processo Bottom Up Planning (BUP) per identificare le iniziative che guideranno il cambiamento all’interno dell’organizzazione dal basso verso l’alto. Sono state presentate già oltre 1.000 iniziative che mirano ad aumentare l’efficacia e l’efficienza in quasi tutti gli aspetti del business, compresi investimenti mirati che promuovano una crescita maggiore, miglioramenti operativi e sviluppo di nuovi prodotti.
Ad esempio, l’iniziativa Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) si concentra sulla comprensione approfondita di ciò che i nostri clienti acquistano e perché, quando e come interagiscono con Dentsply Sirona, al fine di offrire ai clienti prodotti o servizi mirati.
La Digital Transformation (DT) mira invece a creare la domanda dei nostri prodotti e migliorare le relazioni con i clienti, fornendo un’esperienza web intuitiva attraverso una migliore presenza online.
