HROC e DSHR4you La nuova struttura di supporto HR
Nel mese di maggio è partito in tutta Europa il progetto HROC volto a reindirizzare le attività amministrative delle risorse umane all’HR Operations Centre, con sede a Bratislava. La centralizzazione delle risorse umane servirà a standardizzare i processi amministrativi HR in tutto il mondo, in modo tale da consentire alle risorse HR locali di ridurre le attività operative per concentrarsi su iniziative più strategiche, supportando così il business in maniera più efficiente ed efficace.
Oltre all’assistenza fornita al telefono dal team HROC, è possibile reperire informazioni e inviare le proprie richieste anche tramite DSHR4you, un portale accessibile in modalità self-service 24 ore su 24, 7 giorni su 7. Attraverso il portale DSHR4you è possibile richiedere informazioni e documenti, come ad esempio lo stato di servizio, monitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle proprie richieste e tenere traccia delle risposte ricevute, che verranno notificate anche tramite email da HROC, rispettando i tempi e i livelli di servizio stabiliti.
Anche Connections è stato rinnovato: è ora possibile aggiornare in autonomia i propri dati personali, come lo stato civile o le coordinate bancarie. Alcune modifiche sono attive immediatamente, mentre altre devono essere validate da HROC, che potrebbe richiedere dei documenti a supporto, come ad esempio la copia del passaporto. I sistemi supporteranno le attività di selezione del personale, inserimento di nuove risorse, cambio di posizione e uscita.
Per concludere sono state trasferite al team di Bratislava anche le attività amministrative e il supporto relativo al LMS – Learning Management System.
Per completare il training, negli ultimi mesi sono state inviate le mail della campagna “You Asked, We Answer” che avevano come obiettivo quello di chiarire il tipo di richieste da rivolgere a HROC attraverso degli esempi concreti.
