ACCT Webinar L’approccio olistico al paziente
ACCT - Advancing Continence Care Together – webinar è stato il primo corso a distanza realizzato lo scorso 29 novembre a Bologna per promuovere l’approccio olistico nella cura delle disfunzioni vescicali e intestinali. Come tutti gli eventi ACCT, anche il webinar è stata l’occasione per condividere, interagire e discutere il modo migliore per sviluppare la cura della continenza a vantaggio degli utilizzatori delle soluzioni terapeutiche LoFric e Navina in tutto il mondo. ACCT Webinar è lo spin-off dell’ACCT forum di Roma e ha visto la partecipazione di infermieri specializzati nella cura di disfunzioni vescicali e/o intestinali collegati via web dai principali centri di riabilitazione e unità spinali di tutta Italia.
Il webinar si è aperto con il lancio della campagna di comunicazione “Bladder & Bowel, Le interazioni tra vescica e intestino” che ha l’obiettivo di sensibilizzare i professionisti sanitari a favorire l’approccio olistico delle disfunzioni vescicali e intestinali.
Si sono poi susseguite le relazioni dei team infermieristici di Negrar, Montecatone, Matera e dell’advisory board infermieristico “Wellspect Meeting”, che avevano rappresentato l’Italia all’ACCT forum di Roma dello scorso settembre.
Roberto Gagliardi di Negrar ha rivolto la sua attenzione alla gestione della vescica e dell’intestino delle persone con lesione midollare. Erica Poletti e Roberta Manara del Montecatone Rehabilitation Institute hanno portato l’attenzione sulla gestione intestinale e in particolare sull’educazione terapeutica alla irrigazione transanale.
Davide Di Prima dell’Ospedale di Matera ha portato il dibattito sui pazienti con ipertrofia prostatica benigna che necessitano di cateterismo intermittente.
Giusy Gibertini ha condiviso l’esperienza del gruppo di infermieri che hanno partecipato al progetto pluriennale “Wellspect Meeting”, ed ha parlato delle “buone pratiche” per la presa in carico della persona che necessita di cateterismo intermittente.
Al termine delle relazioni, le domande dei partecipanti hanno stimolato la discussione sul tema dell’approccio olistico e proposto gli argomenti per i successivi corsi a distanza.
Con l’ACCT webinar Wellspect ha lanciato una modalità di comunicazione innovativa e distintiva, molto apprezzata dai professionisti sanitari che hanno valutato positivamente il nostro impegno nel fare una reale differenza anche in questo tipo di iniziative.
