Un inizio promettente per l'ultima innovazione Astra Tech
In risposta alla domanda in rapida crescita e anche per soddisfare le esigenze di gestione specifiche dei clienti, Dentsply Sirona ha lanciato Astra Tech Implant EV negli Stati Uniti la scorsa estate. Il lancio è stato il culmine di una stretta collaborazione tra la Country Commercial Organization (CCO) negli Stati Uniti e il team di ricerca e sviluppo (R&S) in Svezia. Per sviluppare l'impianto è stata creata una task force guidata da Kevin Downs, Brand Manager USA e Johan Falk, Senior Project Manager Research & Development.
Il risultato del progetto è un impianto aggiornato con spire più profonde nella parte apicale (direzione verso la punta della radice) - una piccola modifica con effetti molto positivi. “L'impianto è più facile da inserire, la gestione è più semplice e si osserva un miglioramento significativo in termini di stabilità primaria. È lo stesso impianto, abbiamo solo migliorato le sue prestazioni - come un lifting su un'auto premium”, ha dichiarato Johan Falk. Kevin Downs è soddisfatto dell'accoglienza del mercato statunitense: "I nostri attuali clienti lo hanno adottato rapidamente e abbiamo anche attratto nuovi clienti". Questo successo è destinato a continuare con il lancio di Astra Tech Implant EV su più mercati. L'innovazione di prodotto va di pari passo con la formazione clinica e il business degli impianti ha diversi aggiornamenti da condividere anche in questo settore.
International Faculty Forum 2019
Dentsply Sirona Implants ha ospitato l'annuale International Faculty Forum 2019 per due giorni a dicembre con una configurazione completamente nuova a Magonza, in Germania. Circa 100 Key Opinion Leader di 28 paesi hanno partecipato a questo programma dinamico orientato al futuro, caratterizzato da temi di interattività, trasparenza e onestà. Il pubblico si è seduto attorno al palco centrale per incoraggiare il dialogo e un maggiore scambio. I partecipanti hanno dato un feedback entusiastico circa il nuovo formato dell'incontro.
I colleghi partecipano a un “Train-the-Trainer” Meeting in Svezia
Oltre alla formazione e al training di alta qualità per il mercato dentale, è importante che lo stesso standard di formazione sia condiviso internamente. Un grande esempio di ciò è avvenuto nel centro educativo di Molndal, in Svezia, lo scorso novembre. Il team di Dentsply Sirona Implants ha riunito 65 colleghi provenienti da 30 paesi per una formazione approfondita su flussi di lavoro, prodotti e soluzioni, combinata con formazione alla vendita e coaching. In passato, questa formazione ha fornito molte informazioni su prodotti e concetti; a partire da quest'anno, il programma Train the Trainer includerà anche informazioni relative alle tecniche di vendita degli impianti, nell'ambito della nuova Implants Sales Academy. Per formare i rappresentanti di vendita e altri colleghi su flussi di lavoro, procedure, soluzioni, prodotti e attrezzature il più rapidamente possibile e per essere in grado di distribuire formazione di onboarding digitale alle CCO, il Dental Product Groups Implants sta attualmente costruendo una piattaforma di formazione sugli impianti insieme a MIS Implants (una consociata di Dentsply Sirona).
