Dentsply Sirona Italia ottiene ottimi risultati di vendita diretta nel terzo trimestre
I nostri colleghi del team vendite hanno reso possibile ciò che sembrava apparentemente impossibile: 70 rappresentanti di vendita di 8 Macro Regioni hanno combattuto contro il letargo creato dal coronavirus a modo loro. Hanno ripreso la loro attività di vendita andando di nuovo a visitare 6-8 dentisti al giorno, ovviamente nel rispetto delle attuali misure di sicurezza legate al COVID-19. La promozione dei prodotti è stata effettuata tramite telefono, ma anche in dimostrazioni dal vivo presso gli studi. La vendita diretta dei prodotti Dentsply Sirona ai nuovi clienti è stata in molti casi la ricetta del loro successo.
Francesco Tavani, Regional Sales Manager di Dentsply Sirona, spiega: “Sapevamo fin dal primo giorno in cui è iniziato il lock down che dovevamo rimanere in contatto con i nostri clienti. Quindi, abbiamo deciso di organizzare dei webinar con i nostri Key Opinion Leader per mantenere un collegamento con i nostri clienti. Il fatto di aver reagito velocemente, ci ha fatto davvero distinguere dai nostri concorrenti, cosa di cui siamo molto orgogliosi!”.
Dimostrazioni dal vivo (ad esempio del “concetto conometrico” che invece del cemento o delle viti utilizza la ritenzione per attrito per fissare la corona e la cappetta all’abutment), sessioni di domande aperte e presentazioni fatte da diversi Key Opinion Leader hanno creato una combinazione perfetta per attirare un gran numero dei partecipanti online.
Il team di vendita italiano ha ripreso le proprie attività di vendita di persona alla fine di maggio e spera di poter continuare a visitare i propri clienti in studio fino a dicembre. Il terzo trimestre, che rientra in questo periodo, ha segnato un successo imprevisto soprattutto nelle vendite di materiali di consumo (prevenzione, conservativa, endodonzia), strumenti, impianti e abutment. Tutte le regioni italiane hanno registrato una crescita a doppia cifra, che va dal + 15% al + 35% rispetto all’anno precedente, con una crescita media del 21,3%.
“Era anche essenziale mantenere una buona atmosfera all’interno del team”, afferma Luca Lanzoni, Regional Sales Manager di Dentsply Sirona. “Ad esempio, abbiamo organizzato coffee break informali virtuali per restare in contatto e motivarci a vicenda. Vorrei rivolgere un ringraziamento speciale a tutta la mia squadra, il Team Centro Adriatico, che ha fatto un lavoro davvero straordinario!”
Anche Francesco Tavani sottolinea l’importanza dell’affiatamento in questi tempi: “Siamo una squadra in Dentsply Sirona, ora più che mai. Anche se in questo periodo stiamo attraversando un momento difficile, non dobbiamo dimenticare che siamo tutti esseri sociali, ecco perché è molto importante restare in contatto - all’interno del team e con i nostri clienti. Penso che questa sia stata la vera ragione del nostro successo, perché non abbiamo dato a nessuno la sensazione di essere lasciato indietro”.
