I Dental Product Groups sono responsabili della direzione generale e della strategia per i prodotti e includono marketing sviluppo del prodotto e clinical affairs. Allineando SBU simili, la nuova struttura aiuta a raggiungere una strategia di prodotto più unificata e a focalizzare gli sforzi su un numero minore di innovazioni, ma più impattanti. Questo accelera la crescita e diminuisce i costi.
Regional Commercial Organizations (RCOs)

Il numero totale delle Regional Commercial Organizations è salito da tre a sette. Una struttura più focalizzata a livello regionale servirà meglio il cliente. I paesi con elevata vicinanza culturale e analogie commerciali sono quindi organizzati in una RCO comune.
Le RCO sono responsabili della traduzione delle strategie di marketing dei Dental Product Groups in piani di azione locali e della loro attuazione. Sono inoltre responsabili dei risultati della forza vendita, della gestione dei Key Opinion Leader locali e delle attività di formazione clinica.
Regional Growth Leaders (RGLs)
I Regional Growth Leaders all’interno dei Dental Product Groups sono responsabili dell’adozione dei nostri prodotti in mercati specifici in tutto il mondo e devono collaborare con le RCO per concentrare gli sforzi localmente sul cliente.
Regional Growth Managers (RGMs)
I Regional Growth Managers all'interno delle RCO riporteranno ai Regional Growth Leaders dei Dental Product Groups e garantiranno che i prodotti soddisfino le esigenze specifiche dei clienti in ciascun mercato regionale.
