Protesi totale con inLab Software 20.0 – Semplicemente digitale
Con l’aggiornamento alla versione 20.0, inLab Software ha per la prima volta ampliato il suo spettro di indicazioni al campo della protesi totale e consente al laboratorio odontotecnico un supporto digitale ottimale in tutte le fasi del processo, dall’acquisizione precisa della registrazione del morso con lo scanner extraorale inEos X5, per passare all’analisi del modello automatizzata e attenta e arrivare alla prima proposta di un possibile posizionamento del dente e progettazione della base della protesi.
Le procedure abituali e comprovate relative all’impronta funzionale e alla registrazione del morso possono essere conservate e non richiedono ulteriori ausili. L’elevata facilità d’uso e il funzionamento intuitivo sono una componente centrale della nuova indicazione nell’inLab Software. L’applicazione guida l’odontotecnico passo dopo passo in modo sicuro attraverso l’intero processo digitale e gli viene data l’opportunità di implementare richieste di progettazione individuali. L’analisi intelligente del modello supporta la definizione delle caratteristiche anatomiche richieste. Anche gli utenti dello scanner extraorale inEos X5 beneficiano dell’attuale aggiornamento software 20.0.
Un’interfaccia utente più chiara, un nuovo menù di passaggi e una guida interattiva che utilizza gli elenchi di oggetti guidano l’utente attraverso il processo di scansione per ogni indicazione. Specialmente per le protesi digitali, un supporto appositamente sviluppato consente la ripresa occlusale con una scansione sicura e senza oscillazioni in un solo passaggio. Il software ottimizzato per le protesi consente anche un nuovo e rapido flusso di lavoro di scansione per l’esatta correlazione dell’arcata superiore e inferiore - la base ottimale per la successiva progettazione.
InLab SW 20.0 offre due opzioni per il posizionamento dei denti: l’utilizzo di denti protesici digitalizzati memorizzati in una banca dati e il posizionamento individuale dei denti. Entrambi si basano sul metodo biogenerico, unico nel suo genere, che il software utilizza per adattare i denti in occlusione alla situazione dell’arcata del caso clinico. Dopo l’impostazione dei denti nell’inLab Software, la base della protesi dentaria viene progettata con le corrispondenti tasche dentali. Con il posizionamento individuale dei denti, la morfologia, la forma e l’occlusione possono essere progettate individualmente dopo il posizionamento. In questo modo si possono prendere in considerazione situazioni particolari del paziente o creare forme dentali personalizzate.
L’arcata dentaria può essere prodotta completamente o divisa in più segmenti fino a un singolo dente, a seconda delle esigenze. Una volta completato il progetto della protesi, è possibile produrre un try-in monolitico per la prova. Il successivo processo di produzione è possibile con vari metodi: la base della protesi dentaria può essere fresata da un disco base, come Lucitone 199 Denture Base Disc, o prodotta a stampa 3D. Così facendo, il sistema inLab continua a seguire il principio della connessione senza interruzioni, validata e aperta a processi di produzione adeguati - sia con inLab MC X5 che tramite l’interfaccia opzionale con altre unità di produzione adatte nei processi di fresatura e di stampa 3D.
