Quali sono stati i primi passi per far funzionare i corsi di formazione online?
Avevamo già organizzato un webinar di Conservativa a febbraio e programmato altri webinar durante l’anno, quindi quando gli studi dentistici hanno chiuso, conoscevamo già la procedura per organizzare un webinar ed eravamo già in contatto con John Crouch, il responsabile dei webinar a livello internazionale. Abbiamo chiesto ai nostri Opinion Leader se erano disponibili a convertire i loro corsi in webinar e le risposte sono state quasi tutte positive.
Qual è stata la più grande sfida durante questo processo?
La nostra prima sfida è stata l’organizzazione interna: abbiamo dovuto impostare in tempi brevissimi una procedura dettagliata con ruoli e responsabilità per gestire tutto il processo con tutte le persone coinvolte: Opinion Leader, KOL Manager, Product Manager, Meeting Planner, team vendite e comunicazione. Abbiamo usato per la prima volta anche WhatsApp per diffondere i link di registrazione ai nostri rappresentanti di vendita e da loro ai nostri clienti.
Chi vi ha aiutato a organizzare i webinar? Erano coinvolti altri colleghi?
Abbiamo lavorato con John Crouch per i webinar Endo-Resto, Imaging e TCI. David Miller si è occupato di tutti i webinar CAD / CAM e degli impianti e Thomas Reiter dalla Germania ha ospitato i nostri webinar di laboratorio e prevenzione. Il supporto che abbiamo ricevuto è stato immediato e completo.
È possibile sostituire ogni training con un corso online?
I nostri Opinion Leader sono molto chiari nelle loro presentazioni e mostrano diversi video per spiegare come eseguire le loro procedure. Ma riteniamo che i webinar non possano sostituire i corsi dal vivo al 100%.
Circa 8900 dentisti si sono registrati per i primi 8 webinar. Questo è un enorme successo. Come avete promosso i webinar? Cosa vi ha portato ad avere così tanto successo?
Stiamo promuovendo i nostri webinar sul nostro sito Web e sulla nostra pagina Facebook. Stiamo anche inviando newsletter settimanali direttamente ai nostri clienti. La nostra forza vendita sta facendo la differenza condividendo tutti i nostri eventi di Facebook e inoltrando tutte le informazioni relative ai webinar tramite WhatsApp. Dopo i webinar, pubblichiamo i video della registrazione su Facebook e sul nostro sito web come corsi on-demand e anche sull’app Sales Media.
Che tipo di feedback avete ricevuto dai dentisti che hanno partecipato ai webinar?
I feedback sono stati molto al di sopra delle nostre aspettative! I dentisti hanno capito che stiamo cercando di supportarli, apprezzano il fatto che stiamo offrendo tutte queste opportunità educative gratuitamente e l’immagine dell’azienda ne sta traendo vantaggio. Dalle domande dei sondaggi che poniamo all’inizio dei nostri webinar sappiamo anche che molti dei partecipanti non sono già utilizzatori dei nostri prodotti: è quindi anche una buona opportunità per entrare in contatto con nuovi potenziali clienti.
Quali sono i vostri piani per la Clinical Educazion in futuro?
Vogliamo continuare a organizzare webinar online anche dopo la fine della pandemia di COVID-19, perché vogliamo offrire ai nostri clienti un modo semplice per conoscere i nostri prodotti e soluzioni e successivamente li inviteremo a partecipare ai nostri corsi residenziali dove potranno ricevere anche training pratici.
