A proposito della DS Academy: quali sono i principali risultati raggiunti nel 2019?
La DS Academy nel 2019 ha organizzato in tutta Italia più di 700 eventi con oltre 7.000 partecipanti tra medici, tecnici ed igienisti: corsi teorici e pratici, base e avanzati, su Prevenzione, Conservativa diretta e indiretta, Endodonzia, Implantologia, Protesi, Radiologia, CadCam chairside e CadCam labside. La nostra offerta di Clinical Education è articolata in percorsi formativi volti ad accompagnare i professionisti del settore dentale nella loro crescita, guidandoli dalle prime fasi di interesse per una soluzione, passando poi per una “abilitazione” al corretto uso di una determinata procedura, fino a specializzarsi grazie ai corsi avanzati ed excellence. La proposta di attività CE è capillare anche grazie ad oltre 150 tra CEC (Centri di Eccellenza Clinica) e CEP (Centri di Eccellenza Protesica) su tutto il territorio nazionale; inoltre, recentemente, stiamo sperimentando con grande soddisfazione un modo nuovo di fare formazione clinica attraverso i webinar.
Il centro di formazione di Verona è il nostro fiore all’occhiello. Com’è strutturato?
La sede di Verona comprende due showroom – uno per il workflow clinico e uno per il workflow laboratorio - due sale corsi con 18 workstation e una sala plenaria che può contenere fino a 80 posti. È l’unica location in Italia dove sono esposte tutte le nostre attrezzature (cinque riuniti, tre radiografici, sette fresatori, dieci telecamere intraorali, otto forni, tre Cavitron) e dove sono rappresentate tutte le nostre procedure cliniche ed odontotecniche. È inoltre il luogo ideale per i corsi pratici, grazie alle workstation completamente equipaggiate.
Quanto lavoro è necessario dietro le quinte per organizzare tanti eventi di successo?
La Clinical Education è frutto di un lavoro di squadra: tutto parte dai Product Manager, che svolgono un ruolo strategico definendo il programma CE nei piani marketing, insieme ai KOL Manager, che guidano poi i relatori in modo che i messaggi aziendali siano trasferiti correttamente ai partecipanti. Dal punto di vista organizzativo, il ruolo chiave è svolto dalle Meeting Planner: Liana Milani per Impianti e Radiologia, Patrizia Prosperi per Consumo e Laboratorio tradizionale, Elena Vinco per CadCam Chairside, Beatrice Zamboni per CadCam Labside e Laser e Stefania Caserta per CEC e CEP. Il loro lavoro, che richiede capacità organizzative e relazionali, orientamento al risultato e cura del dettaglio, fa sì che ogni attività si realizzi al meglio!
