Innovative dental technology with a view
Dentsply Sirona recently opened the new showroom named “Stiege 27” in Vienna, Austria and celebrated the grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.
High above the city, situated on the 27th floor of Tower A of the Vienna Twin Towers, sits Dentsply Sirona’s newly constructed showroom in Austria. With 250 square meters of space in which to exhibit products from all of the SBUs, the showroom is set up specifically to help visitors understand the innovative digital technologies and seamless workflows for which the Company is known. Treatment Centers are well-represented with one treatment unit each for the Intego, Sinius and Teneo lines. The view from the chairs is pretty spectacular.

On September 25, roughly 80 guests, including seven journalists from Germany and Austria, gathered in the new showroom for a grand opening celebration and demonstration. The event was hosted by Arjan de Roy, General Manager Germany and Austria and Heinz G. Moser, Managing Director Austria, who noted the importance of the opening. “We now have the opportunity to provide our customers with optimum support locally in Vienna.” Dentsply Sirona sales representatives are also pleased to have a showroom in Austria’s capital city. Andreas Pluner, Clinical Sales Representative for Dentsply Sirona, agreed that, “This was a great event. It is a big advantage to have a showroom with the complete Dentsply Sirona Portfolio in Vienna.”
Visitors at the opening event for Stiege 27 also had plenty of positive feedback. Majang Hartwig-Kramer, a journalist with Dental Tribune Österreich said, “Thank you for the event and product demonstration. I really enjoyed it. The organization was top notch.” Others, such as Friederike Maierhofer of Zahn Krone, remarked on the amazing view.
There is plenty of room for product presentations and consultations, with training sessions and events planned for the future. In total, 30 employees are staffing the new space presenting the Company’s state-of-the-art equipment and consumable products. The showroom is expected to host roughly 1,500 visitors annually.
