As employees around the world focus on the Top 5 Priorities, working together is already having an impact. In order to celebrate being a part of the Dentsply Sirona family, offices received banners with One Global Team written in eleven languages for employees to sign.

Given the global footprint of the Company, working together as One Global Team is an especially important priority as it helps to ensure that all 16,000 employees are working collaboratively and that they are utilizing their diverse array of talents and resources. A variety of initiatives are underway to help support this priority including the One Global Team banner signings taking place at offices all over the world.
At the Global Headquarters in York, employees were inspired to sign the banner after Don Casey’s first global Town Hall Meeting.

The entire Futuredontics team attended the banner signing event in Los Angeles coinciding with the launch of the Global Employee Engagement Survey. The team also celebrated two 10-year employee anniversaries and recent business successes.
The senior leadership team in Tulsa greeted and visited with employees at their office banner signing. The event featured cookies and coffee as a way to show appreciation for the commitment of their employees. The banner was then packed and shipped to the National Sales Meeting in Dallas so the outside sales representatives and management could be included in the signing as important members of the Tulsa team. The banner has returned and is now proudly displayed in the Tulsa office.
For the first time since the merger, the full teams of Rome and Verona met each other at the national convention held in Rome in January 2018. Colleagues proudly wore their Dentsply Sirona apparel. Everyone signed the One Global Team banner at the end of the Culture Workshop that focused on the Core Values of the Company and on the Top 5 Priorities.
On 12 February, the Dentsply Sirona Moscow Office gathered all of the colleagues for a banner signing event. Kirill Levin, General Manager Russia and CIS, introduced the Top 5 Priorities to the team followed by the signing ceremony.
