I’m very inspired by this great initiative as we now have tools to understand what really drives behaviors and mindsets. In my daily business, I experience more and more how product groups are working together across the board. Especially in sales, it’s becoming routine to determine the demand for other product groups and to open the door. It doesn’t matter whether it is a product like Primescan, implant systems, inLab products or PRE products (Preventive, Restorative, Endodontics). Our "one customer" principle is becoming increasingly important.
