Dentsply Sirona’s digital workplace known as DS Community officially launched over a year ago. 

As the place to go everyday, the DS Community helps to keep the workforce up-to-date, organized and connected. Further, it helps the workforce to collaborate effectively with team members and it now also offers new capabilities and updates.

One such update is an improved and intuitive people search feature to more easily connect with fellow employees around the world. It provides search suggestions, as well as the required contact data, immediately after entering the first letter of the name you are looking for.

Employees can also easily view all the important news about Project Växa including helpful organizational charts and video statements by members of the Executive Team in the “Own Our Future” section. Information is constantly updated and can be accessed directly via: dentsplysirona.com/ownourfuture.

Finally, Spotlight is pleased to report the relaunch of the CEO Blog, part of the DS Community, with new integrated video player. CEO Don Casey is excited to take advantage of this new capability to help bring his observations on a wide range of topics to life. Employees can interact directly with Don’s posts through the like and comment feature.
