Organizing businesses units into four dental product groups, allows for a more unified product strategy and a renewed focus on innovations that will meaningfully impact dentistry and help customers build a practice equipped with the highest quality, state-of-the-art solutions that work together, simply and efficiently.
The RCO structure facilitates a close relationship between the Company and local markets. Information is then easily transferred to the Dental Product Groups to develop solutions that best fit those needs. Dentsply Sirona therefore has the knowledge and solutions to act as a partner to customers, helping them achieve their professional goals.
Having a dedicated Supply Chain organization responsible for manufacturing, logistics and distribution makes it possible to more efficiently plan for the global demand of products and therefore predict inventory and procurement needs. Sales teams know that they will be able to deliver all of the solutions that customers require when and where they need them.
The Company’s Central Functions, e. g. HR, Finance, QARA and IT are organized to optimally support the Dental Product Groups, RCOs and Supply Chain by optimizing internal processes and workflows. DS teams therefore have the best people, with the best training and information to confidently provide their internal customers with the right solutions at the right time.
