Quels canaux de communication utilisez-vous chez Dentsply Sirona ?
Dentsply Sirona dispose de divers outils pour communiquer en interne. Pour coïncider avec l'affiche informative de ce numéro qui détaille les canaux de communication interne, l'équipe de rédaction a demandé aux employés d'étoffer leurs outils préférés pour collaborer, se tenir au courant et se connecter au-delà des fuseaux horaires et des zones géographiques.

Dans SharePoint, nous avons créé un outil de collecte et d'évaluation d'idées, où tous les employés peuvent émettre des idées sur de nouveaux produits et services. Nous l'appelons « My Idea ». En utilisant Flows et MS Teams avec « My Idea », toutes les nouvelles idées sont partagées dans un canal Teams, de sorte qu'il est possible de commenter et d'élaborer davantage sur l'idée. Dans le même outil « My Idea », une évaluation est faite par un comité sur une base mensuelle pour décider de la prochaine étape sur les idées. En quelques mois, nous avons recueilli plus de 60 nouvelles idées.

En général, je suis difficile à convaincre lorsqu'il s'agit de canaux de communication. Mais je peux vous signaler deux canaux de communication importants que j'utilise régulièrement : Les mairies et Spotlight. J'aime les assemblées publiques pour connaître la position de la Société dans le monde financier, l'évolution de nos activités et les changements à venir dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise. Don Casey est un conférencier très engageant et très intéressant. Spotlight est un excellent format qui met en valeur la main-d'œuvre et qui aide également la Société à devenir plus « humaine ». Je suis également un grand fan de la DS Community, car elle m'informe sur les changements organisationnels, les nouvelles structures d'équipe, les projets d'entreprise importants, etc.

Le canal de communication le plus fréquent que j'utilise reste le courrier électronique personnalisé. Cependant, ayant des options aujourd'hui, les nouveaux canaux comme Microsoft Teams et Yammer deviennent de plus en plus importants pour moi. J'assiste régulièrement aux Global Town Hall Meetings. En Chine, nous disposons d'un Town Hall séparé, ce qui permet à nos employés ici de se rendre compte de l'importance de la Chine comme marché pour Dentsply Sirona. Nous avons également Spotlight dans la langue locale. J'aime le lire, car il contient des histoires de Chine. DS tunes est également très intéressant car il montre nos dirigeants sous un angle différent, et je trouve passionnant d'apprendre à connaître les gens.

Comme je travaille quotidiennement avec notre site local de la Communauté DS, il est indispensable de visiter également le site mondial pour s'informer sur ce qui se passe chez DS dans le monde. Je m'intéresse vraiment aux gens et à leur bien-être, et je trouve très intéressant et amusant de suivre et de lire tous les articles sur DS Yammer. Cela me fait vraiment plaisir de voir tous les gens heureux et engagés qui travaillent sur les différents projets en cours - de voir la joie et la fierté !

Dans ma fonction, je travaille presque exclusivement sur la route. Les canaux de communication numériques internes me donnent l'avantage de me sentir toujours à jour, même lorsque je ne suis pas au bureau. Les retransmissions en direct de la réunion de la mairie et les interviews comme DS Talk ou la série Get-to-Know en particulier me donnent un bon aperçu de la façon de penser de notre entreprise. Même avec tout le support numérique, le réseautage personnel joue toujours un rôle important pour moi. Je peux voir avec quel succès nous avons grandi ensemble au cours des derniers mois et comment nous pouvons faire bouger les choses ensemble. Et parfois, malgré tous les canaux d'information numériques, une méthode simple aide : « atteindre le téléphone ».
