Dr. Joachim Pfeiffer: La numérisation change grandement l'industrie dentaire et cette tendance continuera certainement. Elle a déjà un impact majeur sur l'imagerie, la CAO/FAO, l'ortho, et bien entendu sur la gestion des cabinets. Et l'innovation numérique peut également stimuler l'innovation matérielle, comme cela a par exemple été le cas avec la zircone qui permet l'agrandissement, p. ex., d'une couronne exactement de la même façon qu'elle rétrécit à la taille désirée lorsqu'elle est frittée.
Dr. Andrew Lichkus: On peut s'attendre à des améliorations dans les matériaux de tout type - polymères, céramiques et métaux - avec des techniques de traitement associées qui conduiront à des traitements plus durables et plus esthétiques.
