Los líderes siguen analizando las respuestas de los empleados de la Encuesta de Participación Global de los Empleados. Este artículo detalla los avances logrados en la identificación de temas globales comunes respecto a las barreras hacia el compromiso y la creación de un plan de acción global para abordarlas.
En los meses siguientes a la Encuesta Global de Compromiso de los Empleados, los empleados tuvieron la oportunidad de compartir y comentar las barreras específicas a las que se enfrentan. Los líderes de todo el mundo llevaron a cabo reuniones con su equipo y formaron planes de acción locales. Los Campeones del Compromiso contribuyeron a la creación de grupos focales y los líderes realizaron una serie de entrevistas individuales para entender mejor las barreras que los empleados encuentran en todos los niveles y áreas de trabajo dentro de Dentsply Sirona. Se identificaron cuatro categorías de barreras:

Desarrollo de habilidades
La respuesta demostró la necesidad de mejorar los procesos y sistemas, así como la estructura organizativa general para reducir complejidades y optimizar la eficiencia. Los empleados desean una mejor comunicación de los directivos sobre el progreso de toda la organización. La visión futura y la dirección de la empresa deben explicarse con más claridad. Por último, existe el deseo de centrarse más en el desarrollo de habilidades para equipar a los empleados y a sus gerentes con las herramientas necesarias de comunicación, ventas, técnicas y liderazgo para crecer profesionalmente. Al mejorar en estas áreas, se podrá optimizar la atención al cliente.
Enfrentando las barreras
A medida que la Empresa trabaja para mejorar el nivel de compromiso y centrarse en el crecimiento, un Plan de Acción Apoyado por el Ejecutivo ayudará a superar las barreras identificadas. El plan se centra en tres áreas que permitirán mejorar el compromiso.
Cultura enfocada al cliente: implementar una filosofía centrada en el cliente, siguiendo el modelo Dentsply Sirona para el futuro. Desarrollar las relaciones con los clientes no sólo creará una cultura de trabajo más comprometida, sino que también permitirá a la empresa desarrollar los productos adecuados en el momento adecuado para el mercado.
Desarrollo de habilidades: el plan incluye una mayor inversión en la Dentsply Sirona University y en la capacitación en liderazgo y educación para empleados. Además, la Empresa creará una biblioteca de aprendizaje en línea para desarrollar las habilidades de la gente que es líder, centrada en temas como el compromiso con el equipo, habilidades de comunicación, maximización de la delegación y la gestión del cambio.
Comunicación de los directivos: una mayor prioridad en la comunicación de los directivos aumentará la transparencia de las actividades de toda la organización.
Los equipos y sus líderes han brindado mucha información para este proceso continuo de mejora del compromiso. Sin duda, las voces de los empleados han sido escuchadas y estoy orgullosa de ver como se emprenden acciones específicas para abordar las barreras que se identificaron tanto a nivel local como desde una visión global».
Este año se ha logrado un gran avance para identificar y superar las barreras del compromiso del empleado. Las iniciativas hechas por la Empresa nos ayudarán a lograr una mayor comprensión del cliente y permitirán a Dentsply Sirona diferenciarse aún más de la competencia, creando su propia demanda de sus productos y servicios.
En septiembre se realizó una encuesta para evaluar la efectividad de los esfuerzos para mejorar el proceso y la experiencia para el proceso de la Encuesta global de participación de los empleados para 2019.
