One Team, One Customer
At the beginning of September we held the first Dentsply Sirona Annual Sales Meeting for the MENA team. In a constructive and hardworking atmosphere all our sales teams from Saudi Arabia, Egypt, UAE and Kuwait learned about the latest innovations to be launched in the second half-year of 2019 and how to work better as one team to serve our customers.
Each sales rep was able to gain additional knowledge with theorical lecture sessions, but also through practical workshops in order to be ready for demonstration in front of customers.
Not only did each of the sales reps learn about their own field of work, but they were also encouraged to participate in sessions that would increase their chance to identifying leads for their colleagues. Whether it is Endodontic (Propex IQ, GuttaSmart and TruNatomy), Restorative (SmartLite Pro), Instruments (New Turbines Generation), Lab (Cercon Base and Multilayer), Imaging (New Orthophos Society), CAD/CAM (Primescan), Orthondontics or Implants, we can all as a team build a stronger business and boost the overall growth.
In addition to innovation, team was the second keyword of this Sales Meeting.

- How can I serve better my customer by going from a single product approach to a solution?
- How do I build a multi-specialties sales team with my peers to address my customer needs and protect him from the competition?
Teamwork isn’t a management decision, teamwork is an experience we live every day by interacting with our colleagues and friends. In that sense, the team building activity 'Jumble Maze' was organised to encourage even more cooperation between the teams. It was a huge success: laugh, smiles and positive vibes.
The teams are now eager and ready to go on the field!
