We started the introduction of our new CSC (Communication, Social and Culture) members on 10th March 2020 with great enthusiasm about what we have planned for the year.
We also thanked our previous team for the great work that they have completed, which helped us create 'One Culture' in MENA from 2017 – 2019.
The main purpose of our team is the following:
- Strengthen towards 'One Culture' and assist the leadership in their engagement score with their team
- Assist in events that would strengthen the culture of our business
- Implement sports and health activities with the aim of contributing towards organisational health and wellbeing
- Implement a sense of learning in alignment with our values to create a thinking environment
- Communicate our successes using our various mediums, such as Spotlight, Yammer, and Social Media where necessary following the guidelines of our communications and branding team
- Coordinate and support charity events that are coordinated by the region, as we would want to support the communities in which we do business
Welcome to the new members: Manisha, Gaurav, Marwa, who will work alongside Feruza, Malek and Tasniem.
