Rewards and Recognition Bravo Launch
One of the key pieces of feedback received as part of the Employee Engagement survey was that employees wanted more recognition, in the form of either “a thank you”, “a pat on the back” or an award.
The Bravo program has been designed with this in mind, to thank, award and reward all employees and managers.
We held Reward and Recognition sessions and introduced Bravo during March in all our regions to support the initiative that is also a large part of our engagement strategy for the MENA region.
The key objectives of the program are:
- A thank you – recognising and rewarding performance.
- To serve as a motivational tool for all employees to do better.
- Increased focus on values, teamwork and going “above and beyond”.
What the program is not:
- A scheme to compensate employees. There are already various forms of compensation as part of our compensation and benefits programs for this purpose.
- A scheme used to increase salaries or bonuses.
We are very pleased to award our first nominations March and celebrate the success of our people.
We're confident that this will create a positive impact on the performance of our people.
