The BRAVO Reward and Recognition scheme was launched in February 2019 which provides the opportunity to recognise and reward Dentsply Sirona employees or a team that deserve a special “Thank You”.
We're committed to rewarding and recognising its people for the contributions they make to the Company on a daily basis. Our people are our most valuable assets and we want to ensure that they feel appreciated.
All employees in any role will be eligible irrespective if they have received an award before or have been nominated before. The BRAVO program has the following categories:
- Thank You Badge – A spontaneous award to express gratitude for any kind of contribution or assistance provided by an employee. Any employee can post a Thank You Badge on Connections.
- Applause – A monthly award to express gratitude for extraordinary efforts on the part of an individual member for a single event.
- Best Debutant – A monthly award to acknowledge the quick progression at work of a new employee.
- Standing Ovation - A quarterly award to express gratitude for extraordinary efforts on the part of a team that has made a measurable impact.
- Captain’s Award - A quarterly award to appreciate exceptional leadership skills demonstrated by the management.
- Annual Awards - Sales Person of the Year, Employee of the Year, People Manager of the Year.
