Each day, the culture of Dentsply Sirona progresses through global employee engagement and value-driven actions. In just a few months, teams are leveraging each other’s cumulative strengths to build a successful environment on the core values released on February 29.
Hundreds of examples have been shared globally as teams live into the core values. Value pyramids and branded pins were distributed worldwide in eight languages for a visual reflection of the values and brand identity driving a cohesive culture. Many teams and locations distributed pyramids through team-building activities and town halls.
