BRAVO program brings values to life at Preventive SBU
The Bravo program, a peer-to-peer recognition and rewards program at the Preventive SBU, was redefined post-merger to promote recognition of achievements. Recipients, both individuals and teams, are recognized by a manager or a peer for achieving an extraordinary result that is aligned with the Dentsply Sirona core values.
A team of employees from Human Resources and the Preventive SBU developed the Bravo program with a mission to reward extraordinary results that deliver innovative solutions.
This program highlights employee achievements that deliver positive, value-driven results across a variety of positively impactful activities.
Any Dentsply Sirona employee can submit a nomination, regardless of unit or department affiliation, and to date nominations are continuously submitted. Working together, Management and Human Resources ensure that Bravo nominations are valid, consistent, and include all key contributor employees who achieve the extraordinary result. Upon recognition, employees will receive a Dentsply Sirona branded Visa gift card as a token of appreciation.
The Bravo program kicked off with a scavenger hunt, empowering all employees to recognize peer achievement, and results that align with the core values as demonstrated on the value pyramid. The guidelines of the scavenger hunt encouraged the use of the value pyramid to recognize an employee or team that has demonstrated achievements for each of the Dentsply Sirona core values. Upon Bravo approval, HR will recognize the recipient for living into the core values.
Employees that have completed the 2016 Bravo core value scavenger hunt objective of recognizing a colleague or team for each of the six core values by December 16 will be entered into a raffle for a Top Nominator Reward.
