Trabalhar em comunicação torna tudo mais fácil. Acompanho nossos principais clientes nas mídias sociais e vejo em que eles estão interessados para curtir e compartilhar suas ideias e contribuições. Nossos clientes sabem o que seus pacientes precisam e podem nos ajudar a tornar nossos esforços de comunicação mais eficazes para outros clientes existentes, para novos clientes e também para pacientes. A geração de conteúdo valioso para os clientes nos ajuda a promover nossas soluções e a melhorar o reconhecimento da nossa marca. Acho que a resposta curta para essa pergunta é “empatia”. Do ponto de vista do paciente, toda pessoa precisa consultar um dentista pelo menos uma vez na vida. Desse ponto de vista, posso entender suas hesitações, medos e emoções. Posso me colocar no lugar do dentista e entender a pressão e o estresse sobre ele durante o tratamento. O medo ou o pânico do paciente podem causar pressão e estresse no dentista. Nesse sentido, acredito que a Dentsply Sirona desempenha um papel crucial de gerenciar não apenas a psicologia dos dentistas, mas também a dos pacientes. Acredito que a alta qualidade dos nossos produtos e serviços, com a confiança que passamos aos nossos clientes, facilita a vida do cliente e do paciente.

Geralmente, Operations e SCM são consideradas áreas muito orientadas para dentro, nas quais custo, quantidades, taxas de descarte e OEE, em vez de nossos clientes e pacientes, são os principais padrões. Essa abordagem é contraproducente, já que é o cliente quem decide no dia a dia em qual fornecedor confiar. Operations e SCM na VDW têm uma enorme influência na sua experiência, porque somos nós que produzimos e entregamos o produto desejado.
